The location was close to everything, Haga was just a few streets away, and Slottsskogen Park was close. The breakfast was delicious with various things to choose from, and coffee and tea were available 24/7 at the cafeteria free of charge.

The only thing I did not like was the bed in the room, it was too small for 2 grown-up people. That was a bit off as we had to sleep in our sides to be able to fit 2 of us other than that the room was clean and neat.

Very uncomfortable beds. It was like sleeping on a hill.

Close to city center, restaurants, bars and public transportation 24/7 available staff + friendly and nice staff and very helpful Quiet room Large variety of breakfast items including lovely local items (new for me so a very nice surprise!)

room was way too warm -> there is no energy crisis in Sweden? beds were too soft for me parking was a bit unpractical -> you always need to return to the hotel (bring back key or return (extra walking) after parking the car) + funny part was, there are a lot of parking garages nearby (where you could pay with card or app, so this was not so practical for me to be honest)

Extremely friendly and helpful reception. Free, do-it-yourself waffel every afternoon, also biscuits and soft drinks. The location is excellent to explore the city center. Breakfast is versatile so that everyone can find something that she/he likes. Good value for the price. Definitely recommended.

Some of the rooms had older bathrooms but they were clean. Otherwise nothing really.

i mean no tooth-brush, no toothpaste, the juice at breakfast was literally 90% water, I asked for a plastic bag at the recepttion, they could not find one, neither did they find any tooth paste. the bathroom was nothing like the pictures, it was very tiny. somehow there was 1 towel for the body that me and my gf split.

The staff were very kind and friendly. If you ask one day before, they prepare a breakfast box for early check-outs. They have Fika and snacks like biscuits and waffles in the common area, and we loved the little croissants :) The location is central between Haga and Shopping Streets

Kind and welcoming staff combined with a great location.

Location was great and had good links to central and other areas. The room was comfortable, and clean, and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good ameneties, and decent breakfast and drinks options. Luggage storage after check out is offered free of charge which was a nice bonus.

Three of the plug sockets in the room were damaged and therefore unusable; as it was a short stay we chose to report it on check out rather than request an alternative room.

A mediocre 3 star hotel, in central Gothenburg, close to main street, Vasaplatsen and downtown. Staff is really nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice. Decent stay for decent price.

Hotel needs an upgrade, bathroom was not very fresh. Tram is right outside of the hotel, so you will hear train-like sound passing by regularly, take your ear plugs

Amazing location! Old unique building. Tea and cookies 24/7!! Friendly staff.

Sink was not 100% clean. No slippers. A little dark in the room. Breakfast could have been better. Thin walls, can hear a neighbour.
