The bed is extremely comfortable Bedroom was big and enough for 2people and maybe even 3 Breakfast had a wide variety (typical breakfast buffet in Scandinavia hotels) Staff is friendly and quick to answer when needed

We didn’t have any shampoo nor conditioner when we arrived. We had to go ask at the reception The walls in the room were stained from luggage’s and so on. Would say it needs a fresh coat of paint on the walls

Das Hotel liegt quasi in dem wunderschönen Bahnhof von Göteborg. Die beiden Gebäude sind architektonisch sehr gut miteinander verbunden. Beim Frühstück konnten wir aus dem Fenster in das Bahnhofgelände schauen. Vom Hotel aus kann man ohne Probleme zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen.

Es war enorm schwierig mit dem Auto das Hotel zu erreichen, da überall Baustellen waren. Wir haben dann an der Rezeption ein Parkhaus genannt bekommen. Der Hinweis auf dieses Parkhaus sollte auf der Webseite stehen, damit man nicht unnötig suchen muss.

Super Frühstück, es hatte alles was man sich wünscht. Alles war sehr sauber. Man ist schnell im Zentrum und vis a vis hat es ein grosses Einkaufszentrum. Der Busbahnhof (zum Beispiel mit Flyingbus direkt vom Flughafen) ist gerade nebenan. Sehr komfortables Hotel und ganz freundliches Personal.

Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Unser Zimmer hatte Sicht auf den Innenhof (Busbahnhof). Aber es war ruhig.

Location in central station and breakfast.

During the morning, around 8:30, while we were sleeping, the cleaning service entered into the room. After that, despite us putting the "go ahead" sign on the door, the room remained uncleaned for the rest of the day.

The location is very practical, on top of the train station, close to tram,bus,taxi. In the room you don't t hear the noise of the train station. The staff was friendly and the room and the hotel in general very clean. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice.

The room could use a bit of renovations, the ground was quite damaged and the paint looks old. No need to take a room with a view. The window was dirty and the view is on the parking, a lot of cranes in the horizon, so no great view. No fridge in the room and the hairdryer is kind of a travelling size.

The location is so convenient and just a 2 minutes walk to Gothenburg Central Station. The breakfast is fantastic.

Excellent stay. Great location specially if you travel by public transport. Spotless room, quiet, comfortable beds, specious big desk. The room was equipped with hairdryer, ironing board, iron, kettle and a safe. Extra plus for the products from Rituals in the bathroom. Room service was outstanding. Great service. Rich and tasty breakfast, probably the best scrambled eggs in the city. Nice atmosphere in the lobby. Friendly professional staff that made you feel like home.
