Nice breakfast and variety

The rooms are clean

Location was ideal as we were sight seeing around the area. The staff at this establishment was exceptional, very friendly and always assisted us with anything we needed for our little one. Breakfast was an array of food from treats to hot foods. Wonderfully prepared, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms definitely exceeded our expectation and was comfortable.

The breakfast in the morning is excellent. Well done to the Chef’s.

Unable to add sundry items like meals or laundry to the room. No room service. Very unusual for a hotel. The first time trying to find the hotel, there was no signage and Google maps cannot direct you into the property. Better signage is a must.

Great staff, clean and safe facilities

Our room had terrible plumbing especially when you flush the toilet, and random crackling sounds from the air vent. Worse we were staying next to a group of ladies who started making noise in the early AMs so they kept us up too. The breakfast was also very so so 🤔 or maybe we were just grouchy from lack of sleep

Noisy. We could hear people talking late at night and early hours of the morning. Not sure where the noise was coming from. Location not that great, getting in and out of the hotel precinct took 5 mins each time.

breakfast was rally nice and well prepared, the room had this old couch that my kids where sleeping on and it broke. please include blankets as well for people who cant stand the air-con. overall clean place.

Internet access

It was nice and quiet and peaceful. Chris the Porter was exceptional. He went out of his way to make our stay a pleasure and comfort. It would’ve been nice had the gym been part of the hotel and bigger - it had a bad stench when I went inside (perhaps a cleaner gym). The hotel should look at getting a pool as my kids wanted to swim - I’m sure this would be good for your business too. I give a 10/10 for the hotel staff for friendliness, willing to assist and always available to help. Love the complimentary water option.

Noisy aircon

The rooms were really warm and even when there was load shedding it was still warm and their back up system kicked in straight away. Rooms were comfortable and clean, water was hot. Plus they had a fridge in the room. Location is great if you want to do some shopping at the Retail park. Very good breakfast.
