Everything about the hotel is top notch

speed points would charge even though it’ll read declined but the staff were very helpful in that regard.

The staff were amazing at reception, even allowed us to check in early. The room was impressive, large bed , and shower TV and A/c worked well Room service was good and food was OK also.

The room 224 was right above the security station and entry gate. The security was taking loudly til nearly 2am. I called reception and also sent email about the lack Of sleep I got and mentioned it on check out. The noise from cars as near a corner could be heard but was nothing as loud as the security. I would think they would have more respect for patrons who book a hotel to rest at. It's a shame because the staff were great inside the hotel.
