The apartment is very beautiful and located in a good central area. The shopping mall is next door and there are many restaurants to choose from.

The fact that the cleaning of the apartment is not included in the fee is very discouraging, especially after staying there for a week. The towels, bedding and tissues were not changed for the duration of our stay. The apartment is privately owned so you do not benefit from using the services offered at Michelangelo like issue of towels when you use the pool, daily cleaning etc. The host should consider including the cleaning fee in the rate of the room, it helps to be on holiday and not be worried about cleaning fees.

Great location.

When we arrived the bathroom was in a mess. The one basin was removed and dirt and equipment all over. The staff did come and clean up, but we only had the use of 1 basin our entire stay.

I was not told that is owner managed so room setup was different and cleaning was an extra charge

Cleanliness, location and size of room.

The kitchen had very few utensils. One of the Bathroom sinks was severely cracked and was leaking. There was no hairdryer in the apartment All 3 safes were inoperable. The handles on the bedside drawers were missing except for one handle. There were no tissues and 10 serviettes were instead in the tissue box. A steep flight of stairs lead upto the bedroom upstairs. Check in times are awkward

Friendly staff who are always willing to help. Facilities were on-point. Very clean. Value for money.

I cant say "I didnt like" as such, but I had to drive around twice on arrival until there was space to park near the entrance to check in.

Gowns were used and never washed when we got there. The following day the place was not refreshed and towel were not changed. We had to prepare the bedding by ourselves. Sheets are Grey which also suspended that they were not changed

Friendly and courteous team always available to address any issue or query.

It would be better if the parking remote was available on arrival.

No cleaning done, we asked for extra linnen that we didn’t received.

Except for the below, all was in order and exceptional stay.

Freezer was broken, microwave oven was loose and tv in room didnt work. Need new towels.

it was close to the mall

The freezer had roaches and it was froze solid, towels were old and not good for use, I had to purchase my own towels , tv continue to go off line, place needs to be updated.
