This was a very short stay and I would have loved to have been able to stay longer. The best thing were the staff, who were well trained and polite.
The infrastructure was the weakness; slow lifts, bar area / common area was uninviting, pool area poor.

The very good location, sea front, good seimming pool on the top of the roof, the fantastic view from the roof, great stuff and wonderful choice of food for breakfast in the restaurant at the sea
The places in the room where you are not supposed to look at ( under the bed, beneath the minibar ) were not cleaned, some other mechanical issues apperead , but the stuff tried to solve the problems as much as they could

המתקנים של המלון ישנים במיוחד בבריכה , גם החדרים ישנים ורמת תחזוקה ירודה . לא תחזוקה של מלון 5 כוכבים בהחלט לא מצדיק את המחיר

The check-in was chaotic. Also, the elevator system didn‘t work well resp. is very complicated. I know the prices in tel aviv, but this hotel is not the money worth.

The temperature of the swimming pool was excellent
The bar food at the swimming pool was of quality
The breakfast is very diverse with excellent staff. Egg-corner and fresh juice corner are my favorite
It’s an expensive hotel. Especially when you are a solo traveller

All the pool employees are so good in their work as they are perfect hosts.
the lady that helped me with a ride to the airport was amazing and went above and beyond for me.

The only problem I had was the noise from a bar adjacent to the hotel. The music was very loud and interfered with my sleep. The bathroom was very small

Nadav from food & bev is absolutely wonderful - the most accomdating and made sure our dinner and all our guests were super happy. The service him and his team gave was fantastic - Nadav, thank you again!

Breakfast was superb, fantastic choice and quality
I didn’t like our room it was too small and dingy and the bathroom was too small making it very hard to shower. It would have been better not to have a bath and just have a shower, they need upgrading!

wonderful location on Tel Aviv Beach. Fantastic breaking, served in the Marina on the sea. we had a great view from our room. The concierge gave really helpful advice and suggestions. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The breakfasts were amazing - best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had - and the staff exceptionally helpful. I was particularly grateful for the early check-in and the room upgrade - I feel a lot of loyalty to the hotel as a result of this experience for my frequent business trips to Tel Aviv.
