Small hotel...great location just off the beach...extremely helpful staff.

No/limited view....but i wasn't there for the view.

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, location excellent and coffee was a nice bonus

It was more then I expected! High level of service, cleaning and the most important it’s that everything was new and fresh 😍! Best choice! Definitely my favorite hotel!

We asked to check out 1 day before the 7. of April 2023 and only to pay for one night and not two as we booked at the beginning. We left the hotel after one night, because the Hotel said they were willing to accept, but ended up paying for 3 nights even though we only reserved for 2 nights. The hotel wrote us after the stay they would accept that we should only pay for one night, but booking.com would not accept it, even though we asked several times for a month now. Booking.com never returned with an answer, but we presume it is because Ultra did not want to return the extra payment. At the end, booking.com charged us 3 nights all together, because we booked in another credit card number than the creditcard we paid with. We find this an incredible bad way of collaborating with guests and will tell new hotelguests be careful Hotel Ultra will not accept you should be paying less for your stay, if you leave earlier than the number of days you booked from the beginning.

Breakfast was excellent with on-demand made shakshuka or scrambled eggs, fresh bread and baguette and delicious cheese and vegetables. The hotel is located almost directly by the beach, opposite to the US embassy branch.

The room was quite small, external illumination lights made the room very bright at night and the drapes could barely cover the windows.

staff are super nice and helpful, location is two minutes from the beach, restaurants and public transportation I got upgraded to a bigger room, breakfast is great

Great position of the hotel, very close to the beach. Kind and helpfull staff. Spaceous and clean room. Nice bar at the entrance of the hotel for an evening drink.

Extremely friendly reception staff, particularly Victoria and Moshe. Enjoyed 2 rooms over our stay both excellent. Beautifully designed hotel and facilities. Won’t stay anywhere else when we return to Tel Aviv. Complementary bottle of cava a nice touch.

entrance through the bar was a bit weird especially when they had a function and speeches and photos and couldn’t get into my room . the biggest problem was aircon - changed rooms 3 times abd still aircon didn’t work

Very friendly and polite staff, clean modern room with design decorations, perfect location. I highly recommend this place! There is a great bar downstairs, perfect.

Comfortable, spacious, bright room with good design. The staff is polite and always ready to help. Excellent breakfasts. 2 minutes to beach, towels and fancy bag provided.

Great location 2-3 min walk from the beach, nice bar at the entrance. Free tea/coffee/water and snacks 24/7 at the reception area, lots of interesting books to read)) if you need something- do not hesitate to ask the staff, all are very friendly.

Really bad ratio price/quality. I spent all day to book a room with 2 beds instead of 1 big, because they tried all day to say to me that it is possible only at the moment of check in, if there are rooms with 2 beds. Oh, and you need to be ready that they will charge x2 of your book, as an insurance, and it will only after some days after your check out

Location - very near the beach. Friendly staff. Provision of beach towels. Fairly quiet.

The hotel is split into two parts so it is a bit confusing finding your way around. There was a slight smell of drains. The walls between rooms are very thin.

Service was very good every day they there were cookies, cakes, tea and coffee near the reception. The woman in the reception was very helpful.
