Well recommended this property, you can book and don’t think a lot :) best possible location in the center and close to beach, food, shops, bars, farmacy, exchange - all around the corner Good cleaning, good size, perfect outside terrace, very quick communication with staff, all clear with acces

There was few times noise from building nearby, but not so much destroyed us

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is central and close to many attractions. There was a grocery store 1 minute away that is open 24/7 and we could get whatever we needed. The communication with the host was very easy through whatsup and the host was very responsive.

No parking in this property, but it's a common issue in Tel-Aviv. There was a parking complex very close by, but it's pretty expensive and one need to take it into account. The shower was leaking a bit and the water pressure was just ok.

Apartament is near Rotschild boulevard and near Jerusalem beach, there are a lot of bars and restaurants here, two supermarkets beside the building.

We choose this apartment for the second half of our vacation (first 10 days we have apartment Mr.Katinsky in 3rd floor) because of the terrace. The place is nice, but the terrace was full of small cats, little bit dirty of them and because we have huge allergy, we can´t use the terrace. The location of apartment is o.k., but little bit noisy (the bar is in the next house) - the side of bedroom.

two years ago we stayed with Mr. Katinsky, despite the higher price, we chose them this time because I was expecting a nice clean facility and everything in order as before I was unpleasantly surprised that the facility was no longer in good condition compared to the photos on the booking (dirty and a crumbling sofa), many new bars have opened near the accommodation, it is significantly noisier there, we stayed for 10 days, the price was not low, the apartment does not provide continuous cleaning and it lacked cleaning items, for example a broom (problem if you are traveling with a baby and already the next day the floor is full of crumbs and sand), but they offered cleaning for a considerable fee :(

central, clean, spacious

The TLV2GO apartments have amazing design and great functionality. The kitchen is well equipped, you have practically everything you need, including washering machine, laundry rack, ironing board etc. They provide plata and water boiler if you are observing shabbat and are able to deactivate the electric door. This apartment was our favorite so far. High ceiling and a pretty tiny garden. The building is newly renowned and rhe location is great, near HaCarmel market, 10 min walk to the see.

We had some issues with the internet for few days but the team did everything to solve it.

Excellent location, simple check in and checkout. apartment was very clean, super comfy beds, all the amenities for a lengthy stay too. It was like staying in a hotel without all the fuss. Very private and spacious. Close to shops, restaurants, shuk, public transport. Hosts were very responsive whenever we needed anything. Just loved our stay!

The property is in a convenient location as it is walking distance to the beach, markets, and restaurants/coffee shops. There’s a grocery store next door which is convenient. The property itself is nicely maintained and in good condition. The communication with the property management was easy and reliable.

the smell and humidity is bad at the English basement I wouldn’t suggest to stay here also bedsheets were awful, full of lint-rolling, very uncomfortable to sleep! a lot of dust , I guess deep cleaning hasn’t been done for ages moreover the area is too noisy, there is the bar just next building

Great location and good facilities.

The tv was not easy to use and some parts of the flat could have done with a touch up. Some parts looked a bit dated/old.

I had to call the reception as the key box was a bit difficult to open. A neighbour helped out, but the reception was very ready to come in and help too. The apartment is amazing as is the building and the location. Pick it if you are ok with a very noisy neighbourhood though. The apartment was not quite the same as the picture showed when making a choice, but you can trust the quality and maintenance. Also, all the apartments here have individual style apparently, so no disappointment.

Wifi has been on and off, but the management is very helpful and very prompt to fix the issue.

It is over the plane flight path. Heard them all night long Busy street , with some noise. Thankfully it’s quieted down before midnight

Location is great. Management company easy to work with.

Apartment/Toilet/bathroom smells a bit. Towels are tiny. A little on the expensive side for what you get. Parking near the property is very expensive.

I missed the human connection with owners I wanted to upgrade and I got no help from owner The bath is very STD could be bigger and better Bath and toilet in same room….
