Location. BUT, in the weekdays there is a construction site right next the apt. Noise from early morning. Smaller than you expected from the photos.
Kinda dirty. I had to clean the floor by myself because I had a baby son with us. Old equipment in the bathroom. Things left in my hand when using it. Windows need to clean sometimes.

it was spacious for 6 people and the location was amazing.
We got moved at the last second to a different apartment, which was great and location was awesome. However, elevator broke a couple of times.
