The location is not bad.
The superior room with city views, is in a 1st floor, with views to an awful dirty wall, no views at all.
Glasses were not cleaned most of the days. Coffee were not replaced. No clean towels one day (no towels at all). The room is very aged and the bathroom not very clean.
No help to call a taxi on the reception.

The property is practical in terms of logistics and the mattress was fantastic.
There was no.breakfast option and the room - over a four night stay - was cleaned and prepped just ONE TIME.

Specifically liked the location (if you want to hit the beach) and the comfort of the bed.
Specifically didn't like the view from the window (narrow passage to the opposite building) and the fact that the room was not cleaned during the three days.

Loved the staff , so friendly and helpful!
Great to have water and coffee in the lobby.
Large rooms!
Wish the rooftop was open

It was close to the beach and relatively quiet.
I had one very helpful front desk person and the other front desk person was much less helpful.
The staff seem tired or unhappy, lacking interest or enthusiasm.

the location of this property is excellent
I ve booked 3 separate stays a few days apart from each other at the same time with the same rate of 500 shekels a night. However, the second time at check in we were told that the price for 2 nights would be 1111,12 before tax. Overall we were charged 1150. We ‘ve showed our receipt from Booking but it did not change anything. they refused to let us talk to a manager. In addition, AC in both rooms would turn off automatically every few hours and we were told it could not be changed. We were very uncomfortable at night. We’ve asked around as there are many hotels in this area and we’re offered much cheaper rate in a hotel across the street that also includes breakfast. So, we’ve happily cancelled our 3rd reservation and booked a room at Sea.net. All other hotels had very comparable rate as well that included breakfast.

just a great location and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful at all hours.
its an older hotel so the rooms are a bit tired and dated however it’s good value for money and right near the beach and the location more than makes up for the age of the place.

Location, late checkout (much appreciated given we had a late flight back), got to keep the bigger room for the price of a smaller one when we had to extend our stay by 3 days. The handyman Yuri (I hope I got the name right) was nice and helpful and the young Russian speaking front desk manager (whose name, sadly, I do not know) was a big help when my youngest accidentally spilled boiling water on her fingers on our last (Friday!) evening.
Awful service from front desk and housekeeping, inappropriate behavior of staff, shower doors won't close properly resulting in water going everywhere (one night/early morning one of our rooms was flooded from upstairs - probably for the same reason) and minor leaks all over the place (under the sink, from the shower hose etc), rooms humid to the point of our passports curling up and other documents feeling damp inside the safe!! (Having the safe right opposite the bathroom probably wouldn't have helped!) Lack of facilities (restaurant/bar etc) is worth mentioning.
By far the worst hotel we've ever stayed at and ridiculously expensive given the terrible service received. Rooms weren't being cleaned, sheets or even towels changed or toilet paper replaced for days until I chased both reception and housekeeping. Even when I was - eventually - told someone would be sent to clean the rooms in an hour no one would be in after 2-3-5 hours! When the Bulgarian (I hope I got that right) maid and her male partner did eventually show the sheets which were covered in sand (kids for ya!) would just be left as they were and so was the bathroom. After making several requests and, subsequently, complaints I did manage to get the sheets changed a couple of times in 2.5 weeks, and - yay - the bathroom sink cleaned a few times. Despite having been very polite and reasonable I was then treated like the most demanding of guests and asked (by the older front desk manager) each morning as I passed reception whether I wanted the rooms cleaned that day. When I inquired why they couldn't just be cleaned every day as they would be in any other hotel he said sure, no problem following which, you've guessed it, they weren't! When I couldn't be bothered anymore and told the man (in response to whether I wanted the rooms cleaned, that is) that I only wanted the towels changed that day I came back later that evening (having been out all day!

Great location near the beach and with easy walking access to the main downtown areas also. Well located for access to local restuarants. You can also walk about 30 mins to either Jaffa or the port area. Good beaches nearby for swimming. Good reception area with access to free coffee machine
The room servicing was a bit hit and miss as for 2 days we never had any and in the end had to contact the front desk to get additional supplies and clean towels.

The hotel itself and the common areas and lobby are great, the rooms were clean and nice but a little rundown and the AC wasn't that great.
