Spacious room with kitchen unit in music-themed apartment building right in the middle of TLV‘s bar/restaurant district. Helpful staff that’s available 24/7 and responds quickly to any whatsapp message.

air conditioning didnt work well. lot of construction on the street. no ability for cars to drop you off, so have to walk a little with your luggage.

Not clean. Hair in the bathroom. The person who was at the reception was rude, not willing to help.

Very central location. Just a few minutes from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. The apartment was clean and very cosy. In the first week of June, there was no any issue because of the constructions. If there was any noice, we could not hear anything with closed window.

No washing machine in the room. Which was not quite good if you have long stay.

stupidly overpriced and not worth it. feel like i got scammed. the price & photos was very misleading. i could have stayed in a 5-star hotel w ocean view for the same price as here (such as Leonardo Hotel which was same price and far greater experience).

Very clean, helpful staff, close to the beach and Dizengoff street.

Could provide more kitchenware like teapot, simple coffee maker, bottle opener etc.

We’ve been there between 11 and 18 March, 2023, room 12, in front of the street. Simple yet clean and comfortable apartment, if it wasn’t for the noise. Partially due to internal causes: balconies have some metal parts, and this makes them noisy when it rains. In addition, windows do not close perfectly and let some open space. But the worst, that is not their fault, were the roadworks in Ben Yehuda str. They went on all the week, every single night except Friday and Saturday, all over the night (with a break between 00:30 and 4 a.m.). It was really a nightmare, and our ear plugs were not enough… So I strongly suggest to take in consideration this solution but ONLY after being ensured that roadworks have been completed.
