Location was great. Beach was within walking distance. Frederic was a great help. Off street parking was a real bonus and felt more secure and convenient than parking on the street.

Appartement was 20 years overdue for a coat of pain and don't expect modern utilities. No wifi. No shower. Kitchen & bathroom felt very 1960s, like staying at your grandmother's. Balcony was nice, but old and a bit dirty. If you only need a place to crash and intend to spend the whole day on the beach or in the city centre, this may be OK. But for anyone who would like a comfortable homebase to come home to, this is probably not it.
