No air conditioner in the room, it can be hot. We were offered the fan.

The breakfast was really rich, such a variety (loved the pancakes) and the room was super clean!! Bratislava's old town is very easily accessible either by a 10 min bus route or 25 min walk.

very welcoming and friendly staff. it was a pleasure to communicate with them. all questions were solved. rooms are clean and cosy. excellent location, especially if your office is located in nivy tower.

The room was clean, well equipped with required foods and drinks in the mini bar. Complimentary water bottle every day. Breakfast was sumptuous. Transportation is at the door steps to travel anywhere in the city within 20 minutes (by bus). Eurovea (shopping and cinema city) and Nivy shopping centres are the closest. WiFi is at the best on all the days I stayed. On a special mention, all of the front desk were amazing humans. You can strike a conversation and they are friendly to spare time with a smile. As a solo traveller, I felt nice to talk to someone in a new city. They wish everytime they see you, they offer help if you need and they are absolutely kind. This made my stay the most comfortable in Felicity. If I will be in Bratislava, I shall stay again with them..
