Absolutely fantastic apartment. The location is amazing. It is right next to Michael's Gate (which is the only city gate that has been preserved of the medieval fortifications) in the old town and only a 2 minute walk from the main square. The room (deluxe 43) was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great bathroom and very comfortable beds. Miro was so welcoming and attentive - you could not ask for more of a host. He was attentive and friendly. We arrived very early and he looked after our bags and called us as soon as the room was clean to let us in early. All of the main attractions are within easy walking distance and there are lots of choices of places to eat even for us vegans. Links from Bratislava to other cities are very good (we had a day trip to Vienna by bus which picked us up and dropped us off less than 5 minutes away from the apartment).

Very basic accommodations

This was a 10 out of 10 experience, from booking contact to check in to storing bikes to sending us on our way to explore the old city. Great customer serice, fantastic location, excellent little apartment, magic air con, strong secured WIFI, a friendly smile bonus.

The location is perfect. The customer care was superb! Receptionists men were always ready to help and very polite. Room was clean, comfy, had tea and coffee available in the room, air conditioning worked too
