Todo. La habitación muy pequeña y cuando les dicho que me lo cambian no quieren .no cambian las fundas de almohadas ni sábanas . El personal me miran muy mal porque no les compré sus productos de turismo . El taxi 🚕 del traslado me piden 60 euros 💶 lo coge por 35 . El último día he dejado las maletas preparadas en la habitación y sale a las 9 y le dicho que puedo tardar depende del tráfico a las 12.35 me han bajado las maletas abajo y tiraron un libro mío my importante de trabajo como cuesta 200 euros 💶 han ido a buscarlo en la basura . Pues no consejo a nadie por ese hotel es de 2 estrellas 🌟 es mucho por ello

sehr sauberes kleines Hotel . Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Personal sehr nett . Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt

El hotel está muy bien, limpio, el personal muy amable y servicial, un buen desayuno, y muy bien comunicado, muy cerca de los importantes sitios y cerca del tranvía y/o metro

La única pega fue la ducha, que salía poco agua caliente.

Tout! C'est très propre. Les chambres sont confortables. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Ils font tout pour vous rendre service, vous aider, vous guider. Ils sont apaisants, ils sont d'une douceur incroyable. Ça fait du bien de voir que ça existe encore. En bref, cet hôtel est parfait pour visiter Istanbul. On les remercie. On y retournera

Bathroom dirty. On arrival placed in smoking room ..smoke smell from AC unit …had to remove hair from bed. Water pressure so low showering was hard!

the location, it is good and calm area

first, staff is not polite, except valleys. internet is not working more than is working. too expensive place for not so much content, and quality of breakfast. covid 19 measures are not even respected besides on put symobls on hotel. waiter during breakfast puts bread and food with bear hands, without glvoes. breakfast us very poor and not tasty, lacking quality. during my check out waiter wanted to take my room key while I was having breakfast. also too pushy on providing some services, lice tours.

The staff were so nice The location is perfect.

The breakfast was 5 out of 10 not that much options, i think they should put out more options as a 5 stars hotel. We had a lightbulb fallen from the roof above the door and i reported it the day after. Yet no one fixed it. Kept as a hole in the roof. Would be better if they fix it.

Basically there is nothing to like in this hotel, only staff can speak English and arabic and thats a bit help.

They didnt clean out room in our 2 days stay, springs of the mattress were broken, AC is to bad.

Staff were very nice (especially Aziz). Location is excellent and close to Hagia Sofia and Sultanamet. Many good restaurants in the region.

The AC doesn’t cool down. the room was a little tight but okay. One of the photos on booking showed sea but this was not even close.

The location is great, providing a walking distance to all attractions in the area, and to the metro station. The staff are super friendly, considerate, and accommodating. Big thanks to all.

Everything! Good location, very clean and light room. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Good breakfast. Zuki, the daytime receptionist was very helpful and polite. The hotel also has a spa with a Turkish bath, which I tried and highly recommend. I opted for the Cleopatra package, which includes a coffee scrub, foam body mask, aromatherapy full body massage and facial mask. It was an unforgettable experience!

i loved the staff there, Zeki was lovely to me and so attentive to my needs and made my stay so lovely there Overall it was located in an amazing location next to all the mosques and it was safe

the gym was a let down

Staff were very helpful and Kind especially Zeki. Location is Great, very close to tram station. Housekeeping was perfect. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable but the bed cover was a little small.

The room was too small,hardly for one person and we were two, they said all hotels in Istanbul are like that. The view was really bad . Breakfast options are really so limited and not served in a good way, it should be better. The Hotel can't be rated as 4 stars one .

The staff is extremely helpful. The location is good and public transport is convenient , hotel is 2 mins walk away from the tram stop and around 8 mins walk to the metro station. and 10 mins to Eminonu ferry station

The bath cubicle is extremely small and the balcony doesn’t really have a good view

The room was clean and warm,we were there in early March and the weather was cold. The hotel is located very close to places of major architecture and archeological interest and very close to the tram

Very clean and has great location!

The view: huge construction site 3 metres from hotel. The relaxation provided by drilling sound in the hotel, every day, except Sunday. The breakfast: very, very poor.

We would like to thank the owner and Zeki from reception for their kindness and helpfulness. We asked them if it's possible to leave a small bag at the hotel for several days, while we travel in other parts of the country. They made us the best offer they could do: 15 EUR/day! These guys really wanted to help us. They were absolutely not interested in ripping us. Thank you guys! Good work and good look further with your future customers.
