We could walk to places we wanted to go. It was clean and the people were super friendly!

The pool was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Close to the Gardens by the Bay.

Limited restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

圧倒的に綺麗でしたし、室内に飲める浄水蛇口があるのが日本人からすると大変便利でした。 インルームダイニングも深夜まで使えて有り難かったです。

特にありません。見きれなかった施設があるのでまた泊まりたいです。

Great service, great location, excellent food and drink choices. Also had a chromecast TV. You can walk through to malls direct from the hotel as well.

Some of the drink prices were a bit excessive

The staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel was stunning and beautiful. We had access to the collection club and it was amazing the food was lovely and the evening choices of drinks and snacks were brilliant. Our room was huge the only thing would be the bathroom door system was not the best

Volevo ordinare solo lo yougurt e i cereali e per averli ho dovuto inutilmente ordinare un menu di colazione intero

Очень душно в номерах. Кондиционер либо холодом сильным дует, либо его не чувствуешь и ощущение, что не хватает воздуха. Так же очень маленький шкаф в номере, его практически нету.

Beautiful surroundings. Staff is very helpful and our room has fantastic views.

Huge rooms and bathrooms, great views of the city. Loved the pool and breakfast buffet was a treat since we were traveling with kids. Food was always fresh. Staff was extremely friendly, very efficient and amazing to work with. Interiors are beautiful. Loved the atrium. Also loved a secret access into Suntec mall from underneath the Bar in the lobby. That made it easy for us to move around without going out in the rain. We had thunderstorms during our stay but it didnt stop us from going around town. But that's also because Singapore is very easily accessible by private car service like Grab or public transportation. Even by foot if you don't mind getting drenched.

チェックアウトの際、スタッフが一人、私の前の客への対応に時間がかかっていました。オンラインでチェックアウトの手続きを済ませておけば良かったのですが。 ランドリー（洗濯機）があればさらに快適だったと思います。あるのかもしれませんが、ホテルの案内からは確認できませんでした。

Der Swimmingpool dürfte tiefer und wärmer sein!

Tranquil serene environment! Friendly and professional staff throughout the hotel. The location is fabulous within close proximity to everything and a great view of Marina Bay Sands which is far better to look at and visit and then return to the peaceful environment of the Park Royal Very nice pool area, not too elaborate but also comfortable and calm

The staff woke us up by ringing the door at 9 AM. We asked them to leave and then they came back at 10 AM and requested to enter the room so they can count the drinks in the minibar?? That’s crazy behavior for a 5* hotel. Also the whole hotel smells like food.

Hôtel moderne décoré avec goût. Jolie chambre. Literie propre et confortable. Personnel accueillant et aimable. Situation géographique.

Prix un peu trop élevé. Pas de petit déjeuner inclus.

Had to cancel stay due to illness and neither the hotel nor Booking.com demonstrated any understanding, each blaming the other.

View of fireworks on the little balcony, up-to-date decoration, nice shampoo. The hotel also has a mini indoor play area for kids.

Communication. Surcharge for fireworks room wasn’t communicated previously during the CALL and EMAIL prior to checking in. It was $150-$250 on top of what we have paid. Connection to Marina Square is only via stairs, not convenient for luggages. Surcharge for additional bed.

Wonderful hotel & attached to a mall, therefore if is rainning outside you can always stay inside and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Clean & comfy rooms with amazing room service.

Only suggestion, a hanging plants inside the building at the balcony would make the place more lovely ❤️

Urban Suite was very spacious. Delightful, comfortable, well-furnished room. Staff are thoughtful and friendly, very helpful.
