On the evening of December 13th, the hotel entrance was closed due to someone's arrival, preventing access to taxis or vehicles. My children and I had to walk a considerable distance. The taxi driver explained that there was no access to the entrance. It's concerning that the hotel closed the front road without early warnings or explanations. Booking.com should take note of such incidents to help guests avoid booking such establishments in the future.

Great location, easy to walk most places. Pool area was very pleasant. Great views from pool area and Marina Bay rooms.

No free wifi. Had to use own phone 4G data. Power kept tripping out at desk in room (pushed the reset button to fix). Hopefully the refurbishment of the hotel will fix these problems, then it will be fantastic!

The hotel is in a great location close to Marina Bay. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfy

For the price paid the Hotel is not top of the range in terms of amenities. This is a very expensive hotel and you are paying for the location. The charge for wi-fi was ridiculous.

I liked more or less everything, the location, the entire hotel itself, the staff, and the food, I just cannot fault it. The only reason why I rated the bed slightly lower is that it was too soft for me. Highly recommended. ❤️

Breakfast Buffet menu, is excellent, reminds me of breakfast in Shangri-la in Kota Kinabalu Malaysia, and in Jakarta. Smoking areas are in the back of Restaurant/Breakfast with good garden, plus in the pool area, there is no discrimination about smoking cigarettes. It reminds me of UK PM Winston Churchill, wherever he was, needed to smoke a cigar for his stress relief of anxiety or distress in the open-air environment.

There is no access to the mall, where used to be, was convenient for buying chemistry pharmacy etc, or to buy something which Mandarin does not have.

The rooms are very comfortable. The beds are excellent. The staff are outstanding, and nothing is too much trouble. The buffet is exceptional especially, the breakfast. I would thoroughly recomend this hotel.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Extensive breakfast spread, and breathtaking views at the pool.

There’s no sofa or lounge at the ground floor while waiting to check in / out.

Couple day hot water didn’t work well, we had to take sort of a bit cold shower. Building is a bit age may need some update renovations.

Service was perfect, beds very comfortable. Great view of marina bay, good location. Lots of choice at breakfast. Must try if staying in Singapore

King premier room was spacious and very comfortable. Location was great and next door to a shopping mall. We also borrowed bikes to ride around the city which was a wonderful experience. Staff were friendly and helpful.

the restaurants are very good

the bed was too soft likewise the pillows. the bottled water provided was so hard to open. shower was too small for a triple room. it was definitely a dissappointment!
