comfortable excellent hot water and full sized bath
rooms are well looked after and the housekeeping team do a great job everyday
staff are friendly and helpful
breakfast is very good
the only negative is that the beds are so hard. really not comfortable

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Attentive and professional. We were so glad that they communicated in English. We enjoyed the location and comfort of the hotel.

Right in the centre, easy access to ski lifts, slopes shops, pubs and restaurants.
The hotel was VERY clean and comfortable, staff were helpful, even before stay I messaged them many times their reply was always quick and helpful. Arranged airport return transfer for me and the transfer was perfect, even through the thick fresh snow fall.
Breakfast was lovely.
