Posizione comodissima, vicino alla metro circolare. Camera grande e spaziosa. Zona per la colazione molto bella e spaziosa, con vasta scelta sia di dolce che salato rifornita fino all'ora di chiusura.

Room space was great. Location is excellent. Facilities on the building such as bar and restaurants are awesome.

Habitación correcta para 5 personas, aunque la cama hacía ruido. La ubicación es razonable, a 20' a pie de Hyde Park. El desayuno estaba bien, aunque había bastante gente.

Lo que he puesto antes, el desayuno es bastante masivo y había una cama que hacía ruido. El resto todo bastante correcto.

Location was ideal when travelling by train into Paddington Station.

The room had a stale smell as a result of water damage to carpet. Raised concern and had to move rooms, resulting on not settling in room until just before midnight. Delay was due to staff being sent to room to assess and then having to have a conversation with reception before a decision was reached to move rooms. This was really disappointing.

Superb location. Friendly staff including a trainee receptionist called Zain . He was so helpful and made us feel welcomed

Leaking toilet flush. Very noisy thought the night and very annoying. Unacceptable in such hotel were you pay a lot for comfort

Er konden geen ramen open in de kamer waardoor het zeer benauwd was en hierdoor ook slecht geslapen. Bedden van de kinderen (slaapbank) waren totaal doorgezakt.

location was really easy to jump on buses and underground. If you like Lebanese restaturants then the street is the best place with tons of options pretty affordable.

The room was really small for a family of four. We've got a room in the last section of the hotel and had to take walk like a lot with the kids. I dont know what happened but in the hall there was a persistent stink.

De locatie is in een minder goede buurt, waar ik me als vrouw alleen niet volledig veilig voelde om 's avonds rond te wandelen. Toen ik in de Tyburn Market was, is mijn jas ontvreemd.

Lage zentral in der Nähe einer U-Bahnstation. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für touristische Zwecke sehr gut. Bus und Bahn sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Sauberkeit war gut. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass Sonderwünsche, wenn möglich, erfüllt werden. Wir hatten um ein Zimmer in den höheren Stockwerken mit schöner Aussicht gebeten. Dieser Wunsch wurde zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt! Insgesamt war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr ansprechend. Grundsätzlich war es auch kein Problem, Speisen und Getränke von umliegenden Restaurants mit ins Hotel zu nehmen. Man kann aber auch lecker und günstig im hoteleigenen „Marketplace“ Sandwiches und Co. erwerben und diese dort oder im Zimmer essen.

Die Familienzimmer im Westflügel sind deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine separate Dusche, nur eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Teile der Waschtischverkleidung hingen bereits herunter, dahinter sah es nicht gut aus... Die Einrichtung insgesamt hatte den Charme der achtziger Jahre. Die Lüftung macht deutliche Geräusche, was speziell in der Nacht unangenehm ist. Wir hatten uns von einem Hilton Hotel mehr erhofft.

Excellent gym facilities; close to M&S.

On Friday morning (12/4/24) we enquired at the concierge regarding the train to Gatwick airport. Unfortunately, the concierge provided incorrect information that resulted in us having to travel to Hammersmith Station and cross to Victoria Station. By the time we arrived at Victoria Station we realised that we had missed our flight; anxiety was exacerbated when it was announced that the Gatwick Express was cancelled. We were then transferred to Southern Line and by the time we arrived at the check-in, the Iberia desk was closed. After being unable to find someone for assistance, we sourced the service desk, This resulted in us having to purchase full-price (AUD700) tickets and we also lost our booking for the private-car from the airport to the hotel. We then had to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and process for travel reimbursement.

Hotel centrally located. Busy but nice atmosphere.

Super vriendelijk personeel. Grote, comfortabele kamer / badkamer, zeer goed en groot bed.

Ik had iets meer verwacht van het ontbijt: er is erg veel keuze maar kwalitatief had ik wat meer verwacht.

L’hôtel est très bien placé car tout proche du métro Edgware Road ( ligne Circle Line qui est très pratique et qui passe par St Pancras)

La chambre était catastrophique pour un Hilton, la literie ignoble, le carrelage de la sdb fêlé et descellé, des taches d’humidité au plafond, les équipements de la salle de bain branlants. Nous étions en « chambre supérieure » nous n’en avons pas eu l’impression, nous avons pourtant séjourné dans plusieurs Hilton au fil de nos voyages et c’est le seul qui nous a vraiment déçu

Jättefin frukost, mycket gäster men också mycket personal som fyllde på hela tiden. Väldigt bra utbud, det fanns allt! Trevlig och hjälpsam personal överlag.

Lite mer grovt bröd på frukost möjligen.

L’insonorité catastrophique Nous étions chambre 1220, les ascenseurs faisaient énormément de bruit, on entendait la télé de la chambre d’à côté, on entendait le bruit de la route en dessous Le personnel n’était pas très sympathique, courtois mais sans plus La salle de bain était petite J’avais demandé un surclassement avec balcon et canapé lit, on ne l’a pas eu ! L’hôtel n’est pas proche du centre de Londres, par contre à côté de Hyde Park et ça c’est sympa. La vue sur le trafic routier n’est pas agréable

Struttura molto bella negli spazi comuni. Colazione internazionale abbondante e varia. Posizione eccellente davanti alla stazione della metropolitana ben collegata a tutte le zone di interesse. Lorenza alla reception ci ha accolto in modo professionale … preparatissima e molto gentile merita un 10 e lode!

Le camere della west side… dedicate alle famiglie numerose come la nostra …avrebbero bisogno di una rinnovata. Moquette e bagno da rivedere seppur la camera fosse spaziosa per 5 persone e con tutti i comfort.
