Lovely location near the Rocks and exceptionally positive and polite staff. Breakfast was a great deal
No railing in the hot tub in basement and no main restaurant.

Location is very convinient, walking distance to major hubs. Staff were very friendly and considering we had a little child, everyone was very helpful. Room was very clean and nice with a nice view to the harbour.

check in wasn’t fantastic and unfortunately we weren’t warned on check in that there was about to be 50 people taking over the bar. If we’d been told, we would have had a drink before heading up to our room. It had been a long day of travelling from interstate and we were dying for a quiet glass of bubbles in the bar.

The location is quite good. You can walk to the opera. The staffs are friendly.
We found hair and stains on the sheet. This is not acceptable. We kindly urge you to double-check the cleanliness and readiness of rooms prior to guest arrival.

The service from arrival to checking out was excellent and the facilities including the room was floorless. We also very much appreciated the room upgrade and little something with a card in our room ,given it was my wife and mine birthdays celebration weekend away.
The harbor view from the first floor room through the lower half of the windows looked at the rear of terrace houses and a construction sight. I understand the hotel cannot control the construction site works and once complete I am sure it will be much improved.

The hotel is elegant and extremely pleasant. Best of all, the service! From the door persons, to reception staff, restaurant and bar staff, Concierge and cleaners - nothing was too much trouble. Everyone made us feel so welcome. Loved our stay and can't fault a thing.
The hotel was airy, clean and bright as was our room. Bathrooms elegant, clean and well-designed.

Dog friendly but you cannot leave your dog in your room unattended. This was not made clear , so prepare to pay for very expensive baby sitting!
