Really nice cabin, lovely pool and nice staff

Slightly away from Airlie Beach but there was a bus so all was good

Family friendly, beautiful parks. Love that there’s a coffee and Thai van at the entrance. We were busy the time of the rainbow lorikeet feeding but my 1 year old son loves these birds and we would love to stay again to bring him to watch the bird feeding

No long mirrors to get ready and look at outfits

The fly screen in the room we were in is actually broken my littlest escaped about 2 times and so was the microwave. The bed was a bit uncomfortable (maybe cause I was pregnant not sure) but other then that GREAT

The reception ladies with fabulous very kind and caring also great family location for a holiday park has everything you need to keep the kids busy while you relax

The glamping tent is so cool. We loved it. Heaps of room and very comfortable. So much for for our little ones. It’s a nice quiet van park which we prefer compared to the big 4’s that are packed!

Nothing we didn’t like. Facilities are all great. Will be back.

Place,cabin,cleanliness & above all - Absolutely amazing customer service from reception lady. she was fabulous. I sincerely hope the management knows she is the FACE of the resort & 1st thing guests see when checking in !?! She works hard,has a lot of patience,goes above and beyond for every guest and has best customer service approach with her exceotional communication skills. Smile as well!! As a ppl manager myself - you cant ask for a better skillset combo in CS team member. Thank you from Canadian family

No cleaning service offered for 4 night stay & no towels replaced for that long time If no bugalow/cabins cleaning is offered,bath towels and kitchen cloths should be replaced daily - such a small investment in guest comfort ( we had to ask cleaning stuff attending other cabin and they have replaced our towels)

Good location Clean and tidy well supplied kitchen with utensils fridge/freezer clean linen towels etc

It states it for up to 5 people the sofa only sat 3 I would add in the blurb about the place a small shop in reception and Thai and coffee vans onsite
