Poor state of repair, overrun by spiders, lizards and ants internally. Doors do not seal. Overpriced.

Best View, house size and location

Filthy tiles and bathrooms.

The house is superbly located away from the resort areas. The vicinity is surrounded by private houses but are so far enough apart that you feel like you there are no neighbours around. Super low-density area. There is a superb view out spanning from Catseye Beach to the ocean to the east, punctuated by Passage Peak in the centre of your view. Great to catch amazing sunrises, full moons and breaching whales. All bedrooms are have great windows as well as air condition units, so each guest can tailor to their own temperature requirements. The kitchen, dining and living areas are well equipped for our large group, and is very well equipped. There is also a great well looked-after garden compound whereby wallabies often are seen skipping across. All you hear when you are in this house are lapping waves, gentle breeze, rustling trees, bird call, whale splash, birdcall and your own heart singing.
