Stunning hotel. Unexpectedly nice too. Like a little solace haven within close walking distance of Albufeiras Strip.

Night porter was rude.

The room was lovely and modern, very clean. Nice reception area, breakfast, pool. Felt safe and comfortable. Beds were so comfy, nice balcony. Lovely rooms. Receptionists were very helpful. Supermarket opposite is handy. Very close to the beach - 7 minute walk to nearest.

Noisy - it’s very near the new strip so can hear music and people shouting all through the night. Didn’t sleep at all the first night so bought ear plugs and then was ok. One staff member was slightly inappropriate and flirty (made me uncomfortable as a solo female traveller) but other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Etson was extremely helpful at check in and the ladies at front desk help us with directions always with a smile!

Het receptiepersoneel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer en het ontbijt waren prima. Het hotel is op loopafstand van twee mooie stranden. De huurauto kon vlak bij het hotel gratis op de openbare weg worden geparkeerd.

Dit hotel is absoluut ongeschikt voor oudere stellen. Bij het inchecken voor 5 nachten in juni 2022 hoorden wij al harde muziek bij het hotelzwembad. Navraag bleek dat het hotel elke dag van 12:00 - 20:00 uur een discjockey bij het zwembad zijn muziek repertoire op luide toon ten gehore brengt. Ook werden wij door de receptioniste gewaarschuwd dat direct tegenover het hotel de discotheek KISS om middernacht tot 06:00 uur in de ochtend op volle toeren draait. Het hotel is vol met Engelse jeugd en deze neemt deel aan deze muziek evenementen. Onze ervaring is dat deze jeugd tot diep in de nacht heel veel lawaai maakt en geen rekening houdt met andere hotelgasten. Na twee nachten zonder nachtrust hebben wij onze ongenoegen bij de receptioniste kenbaar gemaakt en heeft zij voor ons in een veel rustiger hotel van dezelfde hotel keten 5 minuten verwijderd zonder bijbetaling kunnen onderbrengen. Hiermee was ons probleem direct verholpen. Met dank aan deze receptioniste.

The rooms were nice and spacious, the pool area is nice and the beds to lay on are a bonus. The staff are so friendly! The bar man was amazing and so attentive, he really looked after us! The hotel is so close to the new strip and only 4-5euro in an uber to the old town. Would recommend for big groups!

The staff were great and organised for us to stay elsewhere and we were very appreciative of Vera’s help

The hotel is a party hotel so if you don’t want to party around the pool or at the nightclub opposite , it’s probably not for you
