Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Cocktails in der Nusa Dua Lounge waren ein Traum, nicht zu vergleichen mit den Cocktails am Strand Restaurant. Das Zimmer mit direkten Poolzugang war super gelegen und der Fitnessraum war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Die Möbel im Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen, knarrten. Beim Kühlschrank öffnen kam dieser heraus. Bei uns ging morgens um 06:00 das Türschloss nicht auf. Fazit: neue Karten geholt ohne Erfolg. Techniker brauchte über eine Stunde, un uns über die Balkontür reinzulassen. Das Schloss wurde erst gegen 17:00 repariert. Da der Techniker, die Rezeption und das Houskeeping es bis dahin nicht geschafft hatten jemanden vorbei zu schicken. Wir mussten den ganzen Tag auf dem Zimmer verbringen. D wir es entweder nicht abschließen konnten oder in die Gefahr liefen uns auszuschließen. Nach einer persönlichen Beschwerde beim Management. Würde der Mangel umgehend behoben. Als Wiedergutmachung wurde uns ein Stück Kuchen vom Assistenten des Management gegen (für 3 Gäste). Total Respektlos. Baggerarbeiten am Riff 3 von 6 Tagen.

Beach çok kotuydu , yuzulebilir değil

Love the pool, and great ocean view from the room and balcony. The facilities are good, beautiful gardens and settings. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety. We have enjoyed our four days stay.

The hotel is excellent, we saw monkeys in our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the room was pretty good. We loved the restaurants and the brunch. The staff in nice and they help with everything. The coffe was excellent.

I was expected a better beach and more activities in the hotel.

No other hotel has this! absolutely amazing! Thank you for not having an annoying staff member at the top and just letting guests live their life freely! The breakfast was OUTSTANDING but as an Australian the coffee was just not up standard and the cafe upstairs that charges $8 for a coffee was also undrinkable. Please employ an Australian barista to train the staff about coffee! Apart from that I give this place 10/10! We will definitely stay again! After we stayed here we went on to stay at 3 other hotels, and each time we just wished we were back here at the Hilton lol!
