Am Tag der Anreise war eine Reisegruppe vor uns. Das einchecken hat relativ lange gedauert bis uns jemand separat zur Seite genommen hat und uns direkt eingecheckt hat das war super vielleicht lassen sich die Kapazitäten besser ausrichten beim einchecken. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände beziehungsweise Materialien im Wohnzimmer könnten ausgetauscht beziehungsweise repariert werden. Aktuell war es jetzt nicht schlimm aber es war schon in einigen Bereichen auffällig

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Die Zimmer, Badezimmer und der Poolbereich sind äußerst schlecht gesäubert. Von schwarzen Schimmel in den Fugen und Fliesen bis zu Staub und Spinnweben. Schade eigentlich

The property was clean and the location was great.

It is worth mentioning that we didn’t add breakfast when we were booking the trip. When we arrived at the property, the receptionist offered to add it on, which we declined because we had already made plans for the first morning, and the receptionist said that we would be able to add the breakfast later on anyway if we changed our mind. No price differences were implied. When we approached the receptionist the next evening to add breakfast for the following morning, we were told that, since we didn’t add it when we first arrived, they are unable to give us the “special price” and that we would have to pay over 30% more (from 20€ per person to around 30€) to add it for the following morning. We, of course, declined. Please note this if you plan on adding the breakfast after you arrive, as the price difference was not communicated to us at all.

Once we got our bearings we found the location to be very good. The Hop on Hop off bus from the bottom of the road is advisable. The bar has a great ambience with a great choice of drinks and food. Breakfast is first rate. All staff I met were friendly and helpful.

During my stay, I'd say there was nothing that I could fault.

Rooms were very clean and modern, breakfast was good. Location was very good, quit rooms.

Room was too small for my opinion. Personal was not informed about our group reservation, they couldn’t find my name on a reservation.
