إفطار رمضاني رائع ووجبات مميزة كان في إعدادها الشيف محمد ، وتسجيل الدخول والخروج السريع ، اتصال الفندق بمول دبي فيستيفال اعطى متعة وراحة في التسوق العائلي خصوصاً في رمضان ، مع احتفالات رمضانية والعيد بالألعاب النارية في البحيرة المطلة على الفندق ، وجود هايبر اللولو وهايبر كارفور بالمول له أهمية كبيرة

De gastvrijheid in het hotel. Wij zijn frequente reizigers maar dit is echt top. Misschien voor ons over de top. Je viert hier echt je vakantie. Je hoeft maar een vinger op te steken en het word voor je geregeld. Kregen zelfs zomaar een upgrade naar de Intercontinental Dubai festival hotel. Een hele grote kamer met uitzicht op de Creek.
Dat er toeristen in het hotel waren die een beetje tegen het personeel neerkeken. Doe normaal. Jullie gaan ook gewoon naar de wc.

التكييف فااشل جدا جدا جدا ازعجني لم استطع النوم .. وكان الجو فالغرفه مثل الرطوبه سيء ولان ازور الفندق نهائيا بسبب التكييف للاسف

Alles, es gab nichts auszusetzen! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der wunderschöne Pool vom Intercontinental Hotel konnte mit benutzt werden.
Auch mit Kleinkind sehr zu empfehlen!

Wonderful experience in this hotel, from start to finish of our stay, everything was perfect. The room was so spacious, bathrooms were so clean and perfect hot water. I would say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The highlight was their buffet spread - EXCEPTIONAL BUFFET. Hospitality of the staff was amazing! Always ready to help with a smile. I will come back for sure next time!

منطقة الافطار اصبحت صغيرة ومزدحمة مقارنة بإقامتي السابقة ولكن اجتهاد الموظفين وتفانيهم عوض ذلك خاصة أخ مصري لا يحضرني اسمه

Good hotel. Actually I stayed the week in the Crowne Plaza and in the intercontinental. Service is fantastic. Very motivated stuff. Always helping! I guess it is also because they treat their stuff right. Its not a brand new hotel, but it is maintained very well. I can recommend the "Club Sandwich" from the room service. All in all a professional managed property.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja oli mukava syödä aamiaista ulkona. Myös uima-allas alue oli toimiva. Saimme vaihdettua ystävällisen henkilökunnan avulla huonetta parempaan ja tästä kiitokset. Sijainti lähellä ostoskeskusta oli hyvä ja Belgian Cafe-ravintolassa oli viihtyisää syödä terassilla.
Hotelli on jo melko vanha ja huoneet ovat jo vähän kuluneita. Huoneilma ei ollut kovin raikas. Ilmastointi piti kovaa ääntä. Sängyt oli huonoja. Koko hotellin layout ei ole kovin selkeä. Kuntosalilla oli ihan hyvä valikoima laitteita, mutta laitteet ja tila jo kuluneita. Hotelli ei myöskään mielestämme vastannut siitä annettuja arvioita eri varaussivustoilla, vaan on oikeasti noin kolmen tähden hotelli - ilmeisesti moni kävijä ei tiedä paremmasta.

La gente que trabaja en el hotel está muy predispuesta y alegre.
Hay ruidos fuertes todas las noches hasta las 2 am. No anda la televisión, no anda internet, es incómodo como están pensados los cuartos, no tiene enchufes donde se necesitan, es muy caro.

Top sauber, die Lage ist nicht 100 % optimal, da man immer lange unterwegs ist, trotzdem schön.

Hôtel à 10 minutes en voiture de Dubai Mall, personnel très sympathique, gentil et serviable, infrastructure au top de même que la propreté, excellent petit déjeuner, chambre double et salle de bains spacieuses. Digne d'un 5*! Comme je suis membre de IHG, j'ai bénéficié d'un uprade gratuit!

Das Crown Plaza Dubai - festival city - ist super schön. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und das Abendessen im Interconti Anise Restaurant sehr gut und vielfältig! Wir haben am Anreisetag um Mitternacht auf Nachfrage sogar noch ein Abendessen auf unser Zimmer serviert bekommen da das Restaurant bereits geschlossen war. Besser geht es nicht! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen sehr leise und viel Platz zum kurz-parken (+ einem schönen Brunnen) vor dem Hotel als auch viel Platz in der kostenlosen Tiefgarage. Die Poolanlage ist schön und der Gym-Bereich bietet sogar eine Sauna. .......und noch vieles positives mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut. Kann man aber Nachts ausschalten, ohne das es warm wird im Zimmer.. (im Bad läuft eine weitere sehr leise Lüftung die man nicht hört).
Eine zweite Steckdose am Bett wäre gut gewesen um sein Handy zu laden... aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten.
Das Belgian Café/Bar ist nur für ein Bier gut.

Breakfast looked really good. The staff were very accommodative because they let me into the restaurant 30 minutes before opening time considering i had to be st the airport by 7am. Kudos to the staff! I had to eag fast and not too much but what i had was what i call “First class” cuisine. Im definitely coming back here!!
