wifi connection very slow

great breakfast, staff, room. i loved the Japanese toilet seat.

The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The room has a washing machine.

Most of the staff were unfriendly and not helpful - as an international travel I did not feel welcome. The breakfast was terrible and in no comparison with previous experiences with the same hotel chain. For an international 5 five star hotel this one certainly does not meet this standard. The request to speak with the General Manager has been ignored several times.

The staff was extremely helpful and the food options around the hotel are excellent. Try the soup dumplings!
