Very big rooms and good breakfast

the breakfast is not very good just small

We thoroughly enjoyed our large room that was warm and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast.

The facilities were great and so was the staff. We did have a breakfast date with friends so did not want to have breakfast there though did have a long drive home so a snack would be convenient. When explaining this to the staff they brought us little paper bags so we could instead of having breakfast pack ourself a lunchbag. Great. Bathroom and room were great, however, as with most hotels, matresses were very soft and they had these HUGE pillows I personally can't sleep on. So apart from the beds, great place to stay.

Large room and comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was excellent, very well organised and tasty. The owners were extremely kind, always available and helpful, very responsive to any request. The position is quite convenient for going downtown or just travelling outside the city. The hotel has a free private parking for costumers.

the set up for the breakfast was interesting. instead of putting 4 sets of plates and cutlery on the table and letting the guests choose their preferred table, the tables were already prepared and we couldn’t choose where we would like to sit. this caused confusion not only for us but for others too

The breakfast was delicious and varied. The man who welcomed us and prepared breakfast was very warm, friendly, amusing and helpful! We enjoyed the walk into the old town and appreciated being able to leave our car parked on the property after checkout time. We enjoyed our stay and would come back if ever this way again.

This is not a sexy swanky hotel but it did the job and the staff was very friendly. Parking is a tad limited, but other than that it was absolutely ok!

We arrived pretty late at this location but were greeted with a big smile and a really nice host. He showed us our parking spot and explained everything really well. We felt instantly welcomed there and our room was also really neat, clean and spacious. When we went to get our breakfast our host greeted us again with a big smile and showed us to our seats. Breakfast was a standard european buffet but still very tasty. Very good value for the money.

We were in Augsburg in temperatures of over 30C - and no air conditioning or fan in the room made it difficult to sleep. It might be worth putting a portable fan in each room for the summer?

Everything was great. Friendly staff, very spacious room (though the balcony isn't something special), great parking and 15' on foot from the historique center. Very good choice!

Very clean, recently upgraded bathroom. Bedroom huge and traditional. Beds very comfy. Breakfast..a good choice of fresh cheese, meats and smoked salmon. Everything nicely presented and refilled as needed.

Some more toiletries as tiny sachets of shower gel not quite adequate. Tea or coffee in our room would have been an added luxury as we arrived late and there was nothing to drink in the hotel. Quite a walk to the old town. These are minor things as we would definitely recommend this hotel.
