The apartment is located close to the downtown.

However, on the pictures of the apartment appears a couch, in the apartment wasn't any. We prefer to see the pictures of the exact apartment at booking, not the ones of some other apartments... The parking situation is catastrophic there. Even to find a spot for a quick unpack the car. With two small children, it was very uncomfortable. My husband was looking for a parking spot for ONE HOUR. :o The bedroom next to the street was too warm to sleep (in March) and at the same time quite loud. Some small lamps next to the beds would be very useful. Well, the accommodation wasn't clean: - piece of cheese on the kitchen floor - different hair on the pillows in each bedroom - dirt next to the chair in the bedroom - dirt on the floor of the bedrooms (I took some photos..)

The apartments have two double beds, but, although booked for 3 people, 1 bed was made (for the second bed linen in the closet), towels are only for 2 people, also just 2 tea cups. When I called and asked for a third set of towels and mugs, I received them the next day, but not the mugs.

Nice Appartment for an easy-goin stay at Augsburg city. Really close to the center. Rooms are great. Don't Plan fancy diners in the kitchen, but it suffices well for most meals.

Wifi is terrible (often not a big issues in times of 5g).

Access code didn’t work and the door to the street was broken. Anyone could walk in.

Great apartment in super area, just a short walk from main squares and shops. Very clean, good quality sheets and pillows. Good amount of storage space. Everything seemed pretty new and the kitchen was adequately equipped although we didn't eat in at all. Our apartment 201 had a washing machine which was marvellous because we stayed for nearly a week before moving on to other parts of Germany. There was also an airer for drying the clothes and an iron and ironing board.

Check in was difficult. I couldn't check in online (their website wasn't working properly) so they had to do it for me. Codes came through on time but they didn't state whether our apartment was in building 10 or 12. We came to building 10 first but the door to 201 didn't have an access code panel. We rang the company but they weren't very helpful. They said they would call us back but never did. Thankfully, we decided to walk down to building 12 and we found that apartment 201 in building 12 did have the access code panel so we were able to enter. It should have been made clear on the email info that our apartment was in building 12, it would have saved us a lot of trouble and would be a simple step! Also, the outside door to building 12 was difficult to open from the inside because the handle kept falling off! The building managers need to be made aware and fix it because at some point the door will not be able to be open and it will be dangerous in the event if a fire! My final complaint was that when the bedroom windows were open, the local church bell rang every 15 minutes throughout the night. This is probably why there were two packs of ear plugs in the apartment when we arrived! It was fine when the windows were closed but would be difficult to sleep in the warmer months.

Very comfortable and bright apartment. It has everything to make you.have a pleasant stay.

It does not have a floor dryer for the bathroom.

The apartment was clean and modern. There was plenty of space for our family of four.

There was one time trying to get in that the code to open the door worked but we couldn't open the door easily. We had to try several times. Parking was also a little challenging, but we always managed to find a place.

2 peope came in 730am unannounced, and laughed at the fact that i got out of the room half dressed. Totally out of order as woke us up and scared us. To top it off, my child was alone in the room next door. Completely inappropriate and out of order.

it’s right in the city which is great for proximity to the center but less great if you want to park your car as we spent 45 min looking for a parking spot. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car out on the street so we eventually tried one of the parking garages. it would have been good if the owner provided some more directions for people coming with a car.

Excellent location, just about 300 meters from Fuggerei and 400 meters from the centre. Very clean. Kitchen with all equipment you should need. Eco and effecient shampoo and soap in the bathroom.

The frying pan is scratched all over which makes it not healthy for cooking. Looks like it was scratched during wash up because there was no sponge for washing. Access code didn't work, had to call CS.
