Great breakfast, great location, friendly staff.
No electrical socket near bed or in the bathroom, no curtains or glass around the shower.

The service and hygene of the hotel and rooms was really good. It looked very well maintained and taken care of.
I didn't quite like the temperature of the room, it was way too hot even though the air conditioning was on. I suppose they control the temperature centrally.

The hotel has a very pleasant smell all the way. The room is very nicely designed and the interior concept of the hotel is mega cool. Breakfast is marvellous and scrumptious with many options, changing daily. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is also top knot: 1 station away from the central station, 2 away from the city center. I rarely give 10/10 for hotels but this time I feel like I should.

Very clean, simple layout and very convenient.
Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly.
The metro is about a 2 minute walk from which you can easily travel all round the city (Pest), very quickly & even walk to most touristy parts (long walk to Parliament). Close to the Jewish quarter.
Easy to get the airport bus to here (100E to Astoria, then metro 1 stop on 2 line)

Breakfast was amazing!! The choice was very wide and varied! Also the air conditioning the in room worked very well! I was more than pleasantly surprised by this hotel and will stay here again. ( I tried booking another night but it was full)

Well-educated and friendly staff, food in breakfast was generous and replenished every so often, 24/7 hot drinks and cold juices/water, cleanliness, easy to reach.
the bedroom was rather small and the mattress’ requires changing as springs could be felt

The hotel looks nice, rooms are big and comfortable and the location is great: around 15-20min walk to the main train station or to the center and a lot of public transport stations around the hotel.
The only thing that would need improvement is the bathroom (at least in the room that I had) because it looked a bit old (cracks in the tales).

All went very well. The location is great, right in the center. Breakfast was abundant with lots of choices, and different varieties and selections. The room was very spacious and very clean. The hotel overall is very nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Perhaps the fact that there are no outside-looking rooms. Rooms only overlook the Atrium and breakfast area, but who stays in the room during a holiday?

We stayed 4 days and they just put 1 bottle of water. The sheets hasn't been changed regulary. There was a smell spicy always. In addition pictures can be illusion because the room was so tiny.

clean hotel and rooms
in two consecutive nights we had people shouting and banging on our door. Apparently they were a group of students. When we complained with the receptionist she said that we need to pinpoint to her who were they so that she could speak to her manager. Obviously action was not taken.

Great location, modern, nicely decorated room, and very clean. excellent bathroom & powerful shower. Felt comfortable & safe being on my own.
My room had a locked interconnecting door. There was a gap underneath & with hard floors, it sounded as if neighbours were in same room at times. This was a shame as it was generally quite quiet.
