Much better than expected. Great service. 2 spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Everything new, clean and tidy. Convenient location, close to center. Tram stop 100 m. away. Supermarket 50 m. 3 cafes in 150 m. Possibility to leave a lugguge. Quite street. 11 out of 10.

I really liked the place

The roof terrace has spectacular views and is great for watching the sunset. Don't leave any food on the terrace even in plastic bags. A bird picked apart a strudel that was wrapped in a bag while I was downstairs just grabbing a fork. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning is in all areas. The flat is massive and has yoga studio vibes upstairs. It is very quiet. There are six car parking spaces in the courtyard, 15€ per night. Very friendly staff who organised early check-in for 30€.

There was no internet signal in the bedroom on the left and on the terrace. There are lots of plates and mugs but otherwise the kitchen is little equipped, e.g. no coffee making facilities. Make sure to have the telefone number of the accommodation while checking-in as the code for the door didn't work for us.

For what we needed to do, the location was perfect. Property has no restaurant or cafe, but many choices within a 10 minute walk. Kitchenette in room. Room and bathroom scrupulously clean. Excellent breakfast location two minutes down Kodanska, plus a large grocery store and a pub/restaurant on opposite corners. Good high speed wifi/internet.

Front door was a challenge. Street level studio was too noisy; people above us oblivious to anyone, who might like to go to bed before 2300h. Bed was too hard for one of us but fine for other. The room could use a couple of comfortable chairs.

Super clean big apartment, the owners were very responsive. It was easy to get in and everything was straightforward with the check-in. The apartment is pet friendly :))

Everything was as presented.

The neighbours at Suite 01 were very very loud, early in the morning and also late at night. I do not think they were guests, but maybe part of the cleaning team of the building, I am not sure. But they were loud and screaming and knocking insistently at door 01 at night.

Flat was big, modern and clean. It was also quite well equipped. OK location, with rather easy access to tourist places.

Everything was great. Would be great if the kitchen would have some basic spices - salt, pepper and oil.

The staff wasn't available most of the time.

Very clean and light room. Everything is very new as just recently reconstructed. TV with international channels and Netflix. The street is pretty quiet, so there's no nighttime noise and it is safe. Good transportation. I especially enjoyed the hip neighbourhood with beautiful parks and a ton of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby! The parking is in a quiet courtyard.

Quite firm beds, very limited soundproofing between the rooms, however the second door between the hallway and the bedroom helps, very weak water pressure in the shower. The socket near the bed light turns off when the light itself is turned off - careful when trying to charge devices overnight :)

Great localization. Close to city center. Perfect clean and great.
