The bar shuts very early (9.30-10pm ish) which means leaving the hotel later if you fancy a drink even if you’ve eaten in the hotel

Room renovation next to our room - a horrible noise started at 9 o'clock. They agreed to change our room for the 2nd night, but the new room was 2 floor higher and also there were renovation noises (far less than initial room).

Everything was clean, the room did not have the dusty smell I am used to in hotels. The bed was comfortable with adequate sheeting and a good pillow. The restaurant is very good. The paid breakfast is a bit pricey for me and my partner because we do not eat as much in the morning but for someone who wants to charge up for the day it might be worth it.

For some reason, the hotel ran out of slippers for 3 days. I did not want to walk on the carpet with my bare feet and I did not have any slippers. I asked everyday for slippers and everyday they did not have any. I don't think this happens regularly but funnily enough this was the most annoying problem since I had to walk into the bathroom and wear plastic bags on my feet every time. Another negative is the noise of the area. I read reviews before coming so I knew this would be the case, but I was actually quite surprised by the amount of police cars that would constantly drive outside. Thankfully, this would really decrease at around 11pm so my sleep was not affected (keep in mind I was also really tired by the end of the day for all the nights).

We have paid top money for the room on 9th floor (room 901) only to get room without the windows, because hotel management decided to make extra income by covering two sides of the hotel with huge advertising banner, after complain, we were being told we can move to the other side of the hotel on lower floor that does not offer the view, so much for great hospitality, Our room had one toilet and shower and sink room, toilet is the size of Boeing737 toilet, which is surprise for the price of the room not to mention condition of the room and cleaning services. Cleaning service will only clean and change sheets when asked to do so, otherwise no one will clean your room change sheets or remove trash, we have stayed for 7 days and not even once room was cleaned. Save yourself money and do not pay 45zl/person for hotel's breakfast is not worth it

The size of room was very large. Fantastic experience. Very good breakfast. Big beds. Nice hotel for sure will return one day again.

Outside it is fantastic view but hard to enjoy it as windows is covered with big comercial tent. Of course its visible but not fully. Then as all large city its quit noisy. But it was not disturbing.

Hotel is located in the centre, and close are all kinds of public transport. Staff is very professionall and friendly and nice. Our standard room was a little too small, but clean. Breakfast was OK and really wide range of choices form sweet, cereals and meat product and eggs.

Weak hairdryer, better to take your own. Hotel is located in the very centre so you can hear the traffic and trams in the room.

1. First day after the shower the wet towel on the floor became dirty which means the floor wasn't washed. 2. Main light in the shower not working, only the spots above the mirror. 3. The light above the mirror near the entrance to the room is not working 4. Only one old chair in the room. 5. Worst of all constant unpleasant smell on the floor and even stronger in the room. 6. The design in the lobby and on the pictures is very nice, but the room looks like from the Soviet era. 7. Maintance should check the rooms before letting in guests. 8. A safety handle on the wall near the entrance to the bath tub would be nice. 9. Breakfasts almost the same for almost a week.

Great location and the property was clean, room really big and spacious.

It was really noisy, even at night, also all hotel is covered with ad poster and we saw the poster instead of city view. At night poster is lightened with maximum light, so it’s quite light even with the curtains - the feeling is that it’s day time. Besides in the room was strange smell, like from a car engine…

Location - everything is extremely close! Central Warsaw centre and local shops, shopping centres, trams and busses are just 50-100m away. The Plac Zamkowy is only 10 minute drive by Uber or 25 minutes on foot . Plenty of restaurants near by including takeaways open until late.

Nothing too major, the hotel is at a perfect location which made our trips much easier. However, the only dissatisfaction I would have, regarding our room is that, there was no table with a mirror for make-up purposes and no plugs at the table or in the bathroom. This meant, having to straighten my hair or do my hair without seeing myself in the mirror. Not major issue but would be an advantage as every woman appreciates her makeup done under a daylight and not a dark room lit by LED lamps.

Nothing. The room was very old like soviet times. It was bad smell, stained carpet. It was not the one that I have booked. The main thing was big billboard instead window view. Hotel gets a lot of money for that advertising and I payed the same price...it is absurd. Also AC was broken. When you choose room, you can choose view: sea view, garden view. There were no mention about the view with the billboard so it is fraud, I was cheated.

Smelly old room, not like in photos that I have made reservations. The room was old design. The staff didn't changed the room. In booking.com photos the hotel building is without billboards and in reality there are two big billboards on it. So imagine how many clients gets a room with the billboard view. And in the reservations there are no mentions that you will get a room like this. This is cheating on clients. Also the billboard has lighting, so the light comes into your room all night. AC was broken, and it was hot in the room, but if you open the window you have big noise from busy street. Breakfast not so good also. Porridge more like a soup. Pour selection. Also I don't understand why I didn't get any response from booking.
