Extremely central and convenient location, clean, functional and comfort room, great breakfast, polite and forthcoming staff. Really an ideal hotel.

Great breakfast, lot of items to choose from, location is close to our office, so walking distance, there is also Zabka nearby in case you need something else. Room - cosy, good bed, all clean and great for business stay

I was asked about cleaning the room, told that would be good to have it in the middle of the stay, yet it did not come. was not a big issue, yet something to consider

Good location. An okay breakfast included. It used to be better. Water cooler (refill) available on each the floor. Good shower.

Staff at the bar not very enthusiastic about serving. Where is the superb Hilton service? Better training needed. Bed sheets not replaced in 3 days.

The hotel is close to the train station and has good transport links. The room is not very big. The hotel is clean.

I arrived before check-in time. For some reason, two couples before me and one couple after me were given a room at the hotel right away. My two children and I were told to wait another 3 hours before checking in. For some reason, it seemed to me that this happened because of our nationality. Other Ukrainians were not given a room right away. The hotel ran out of breakfast food after 08:30. The staff did not have time to fill the plates. There were also long queues at breakfast. There was no refrigerator in the room, there was no drinking water anywhere (you could only buy it). The air conditioner was constantly working and we had no way to turn it off.
