I really like Radisson hotels, especially their super comfortable beds! Very goog breakfast, comfortable extra bed for a kid. Coffee and tea in the room. Polite people in the reception.

A bit noise from the street. Rather expensivw parking- 90 zl, too much.

Expensive paeking 20 eur/night. Noisy during the night as it is center. Breakfast could be better - omelette station did not work all the time.

The room itself is absolutely fine, clean and big enough.

The aircon was working but it didn’t do a good job and it was extremely loud. The pillows are too soft for my liking.

No free parking even if you are staying in the hotel, so we needed to pay 90 PLN for the whole day of parking.

Breakfast was great!

Quiet room. Great location. The staff accommodated my special requests, so it started out nicely. Rooms are ok. The bed was super big and comfortable. TV was good. Bathroom was good though not super big. Staff overall very nice, especially the waiting staff at the restaurant and the cleaning staff. Slippers. Iron and ironing board. Good breakfast, tasty and served till 10.30.

Well, the curtains had holes in them, looked like holes from cigarettes? Basically not too visible until the morning and you see the sun shining through!!! What an unexpected sight for a 4-star hotel! I didn't like the fact there was no liquid soap/dispenser in the bathroom. Towels not so soft. AC very loud - I hardly used it but I imagine it would be uncomfortable if it was hot and I had to choose between sleeping with the noise and sleeping in quiet but sweaty. On checking in the man at the reception desk told me he'd sent me a discount for the restaurant. Cool! I went downstairs to eat as that late at night it was the only viable option. What I found in my mailbox was a link to the loyalty program, so I registered; it was really hard to find how I could use reward points at the restaurant, and in the end it turned out I hadn't earned any points anyhow, so there was no discount. Oops. Kind of hard to believe he didn't know about it but whatever, I was too tired to clear up stuff like that. And the staff at the restaurant was lovely. Breakfast is nice but I missed some standard options such as baked beans. I appreciate the vegan options, like plant-based milks, some fruits and veggies, but overall there weren't so many compared to all the meats and cheeses and fish. The spa thing was kind of non-existent. I asked about mani and pedi at the reception, they told me to go to the hairdresser's to ask but it was closed.

Room 301 noise, music in the night, drums, all night bang, bang, not possible to sleep room windows outside backyard and restaurant. Hotel in renovation. Nobody made us aware. Problem to enter parking.

the window was broken without a handle, the hotel in on construction renovation so you can see from the window how the workers just looking at you Wille you a in bedroom. the sounds of construction started at 9 o’clock in the morning.

The accommodation, service and food are among the best I have experienced. The hotel is provably committed to top quality and sustainability.

The card may need careful handling, as sometimes it fails to access the elevator keys or unlock the room on the first attempt.

It is hotel with good value for money, location is perfect.

Breakfast is expensive.
