What a great hotel in the middle of Warsaw city centre. Great fitness, friendly and helpful personnel, clean, good service. Garage directly under the hotel. Hotel near a park where you can do running.

The hotel was excellent , situated in the heart of Warsaw. Beautiful hotel exceptionally clean. Gorgeous rooms. Breakfast was outstanding with gluten free alternatives.

Nothing absolutely nothing!

Everything, staff were arrogant and ignorant! They had ZERO customer service training and the smell in the corridors was really like staying in a 3 star hotel in north African country ! The stains in the room and the moulds in the  bathroom surly it was not a pleasant stay!  Lastly people please do travel to other 5 star hotels and see what is real 5 star buffet, it was just like my local B&B which they do a better job! It is so annoying when people leave fake reviews!!!!! I booked because of peoples reviews and I am disgusted by their untrue reviews!!!

What a gym! Cannot be better. Rooms are calm and restful. No question is too much for the employees, very helpful.

Staff not costumer oriented. Breakfast the same food everyday and at times not fresh.

Location, the interior of the rooms, building, cleanliness. Enough good food for breakfast. Kitchen chef making the orders.

The bad customer service from front desk to the club lounge. Room service was also tricky - after her promise to change the towels, the room keeper vanished. The new came after three repeated calls much later. The only one guy at the front desk knew what he was doing - the lady tried to double charge me upon checkout even though my stay had been prepaid. According to her, the payment via booking.com did not mean the payment to the hotel and, thus, I would be charged again. The lady at the front desk lacked ability to listen to the customer complaint and showed no empathy about the bad customer service at the lounge by another a bit senior lady. However the real shock came from the manager of the staff, who simply defended the bad behavior of her crew and insisted the customer was always wrong. My natural question - can a 5 star hotel afford any of it's staff members commenting to the customer about his/her requests in the lounge? Can a 5 star hotel afford the manager of the shift staff who is not improving customer experience after repeated complaints by different customers about the bad customer service on the same day ? The waiters in the breakfast area were not working in synchrony, often missed the tables when bringing meals from the chef, used to take unfinished meals with plates without asking... Sometimes they offered assistance in finding the table to sit, sometimes not.

Breakfast excellent. Staff were lovely. Very clean and a nice bathroom. Predictable, which is what I really needed. Reassuringly bland.

Bed far too soft for me, but I am perhaps a little odd. Duvet not very nice. Not quite in centre of town in a district with expensive shops but little else.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, splendid breakfast, 12-noon check-out, helpful and friendly staff. Very quiet. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in.

The shower was in the bath tub. This might sound ridiculous but it was so counter-intuitive that I ended up having a bath instead. I therefore recommend you check how to use the shower before you get in, and if necessary ask at reception. The other problem was that the tub was high with a wide ledge, which made it very difficult for me, 1.57m (5'2"), to get out without slipping, even though I am relatively agile. We did not ask if there were any rooms with accessible showers though. If we had, I suspect the problem would have been resolved.

Free upgrading to Junior Suite was a nice suprise. Breakfest at Grand Sheraton is always rich in choices and very tasty as well.

It's a wonderful hotel, very clean and luxurious. There is a great bar and restaurant with excellent food and drinks and wonderful staff. Overall, it is an excellent hotel.

There is some distance that you have to travel before you get to the old town Warsaw. Otherwise, nothing bad to say.

This is the best hotel I have visited in Warsaw and will be the one I use in the future. Everything is flawless. Clean, big, comfortable, great service, great food, great bar.
