Barely alive air conditioning which sounded like it was possessed by a demon. Fridge in the room is turned off for some reason and stinks as hell when you open it.

beautiful hotel, allowed to check in a little earlier with a child, the conditions are chic, the location to the airport is 10 minutes by taxi, there are shops nearby, a beautiful well-groomed area

The room was not warm. When we touched the radiators, we realized that it was cold. We informed the reception but they said they can't do anything about it except give additional blankets.

Room is not maintained well. Room phone is not working, coffee pot is not working, some of light is not working, sink in the bathroom is not properly drained. Namely, room basic facilities are well equiped, but operation and maintenance of the facilities is not done well.
