Na śniadania duży wybór, bardzo smaczne wysokiej jakości produkty. Bardzo dobre soki, miód oraz owoce. Pyszne sery i szynki ale dla mnie najlepszy był omlet :) Fajnie że w niedzielę śniadania są do 11 :) Super lokalizacja, super widok z balkonu na ostatnim piętrze :)

PARKOWANIE!!! Ciężko zaparkować, trzeba bardzo uważać na znaki oraz linie na ulicy, mieliśmy duże wygodne auto super do zwiedzania wyspy ale nawet fiatem 500 ciężko by było zaparkować. Czasami trzeba było szukać miejsca przez 30 min i parkować kilkaset metrów od hotelu.

Location of hotel very near to Palma marina and centre for shopping and the cathedral, about 20 mins from airport, taxi rank at the end of the road (€5/6 into centre) lots of places to eat/ drink nearby, lots of mini/ supermarkets nearby, regular buses €3 per person into centre/ to beaches. Beautiful hotel, solarium free to use, mini bar free and re stocked daily, very comfy beds, lots of plug sockets in the rooms, friendly staff who were really helpful with directions, where to get buses from/ which to get/ how much etc., recommendations of beaches, will change large notes into change for you for cabs or buses, upgraded to premium room with balcony pool view upon arrival. Easy to store luggage with large toilet opposite luggage storage room to change in if arriving before check in/ leaving after check out.

Hotel affiliated with Syndeo restaurant next door/ inside (10% if staying at hotel) Lovely food, however not many options if you are a fussy eater. Breakfast not great, eggs were swimming in oil, no hash browns. Construction work at the moment all along the front opposite the Marina, therefore difficult to access restaurants/ shops along there/ a lot closed for this reason. Although quite a lot of people staying there, lack of atmosphere at times (could be as out of season)

L'hôtel est incroyable, toutes les installations avec la piscine intérieure et exterieur, le sauna et le hammam. Les chambres sont très grandes et la literie top. Le restaurant aussi est très bon et le service irréprochable. Nous avons passé 6 jours de vacances incroyable

Staff at check-in were very friendly, sincere hospitality. Room was clean and comfortable. Large hotel, with outdoor pools (sun loungers) and indoor pool, sauna and large gym. Public areas are also expansive, with a cool vibe.

Das Personal vom Restaurant und der Rezeption war unfassbar freundlich und herzlich!!!

Es hat an manchen Tagen in den unteren Etagen nach Abfluss gerochen. Fehlende Abluft in den Toiletten. Es war recht hellhörige.

Für Veganer ist das Angebot zum Frühstück zu dürftig. Ich hatte das Zimmer 817 , in dem es fürchterlich aus dem Bad gestunken hat! Auf Nachfrage wurde mir ein besseres Zimmer zugeteilt, in das ich alleine umziehen durfte. Dieses Zimmer war schöner und besser, allerdings ist der Schallschutz zwischen den angrenzenden Zimmern ungenügend.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, the general decor is quite warm. The team at the front desk was very helpful and able to provide any info regarding activities around the island as well as in assisting with any requests we had. The restaurant and room service team always fulfilled requests in a timely manner with a smile on their face and the food was always very delicious. The hotel has lovely pools (indoor & outdoor) that were a pleasure to use. I recommend a room with a balcony facing the pool area, it was great for enjoying a couple of beers in the evening.

The majority of the property (front lobby, corridors, our room), had an overwhelmingly strong smell similar to sulphur. It was reminiscent of the smell when one is cleaning a household drainage system. I’m not sure whether this was due to maintenance work being carried out. The smell was present for the entirety of our stay (8 nights).

Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren alle sehr, sehr nett und freundlich! Das Zimmer ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Besonders ist, dass die Minibar kostenfrei ist und täglich aufgefüllt wird (Bier, Saft und Wasser). Bademäntel für den Wellnessbereich liegen im Zimmer bereit. Unser Zimmer hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf Palma und die Kathedrale. Das Hotel ist gut und ruhig gelegen. Die Altstadt erreicht man mit einem ca. 15-20 minütigen Spaziergang entlang des Hafens. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Den Wellnessbereich haben wir uns leider etwas erholsamer vorgestellt. Dadurch, dass die Sauna direkt am Pool ist, kann es sehr laut werden. Etwas mehr Ruhe wäre da schöner. Um aber einfach mal eine Runde schwimmen zu gehen, völlig ausreichend. Für einen reinen Wellnessurlaub allerdings nicht zu empfehlen! Schade war auch, dass der Bereich nur von 10-18 Uhr geöffnet hatte.

Schönes ruhiges Stadthotel in Nähe des Yachthafens. Ausserhalb der Saison ist der zusätzliche Innenpool vorteilhaft. Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Innenhof/Aussenpool. Gutes , reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet.

Kein eigener Parkplatz/Tiefgarage.Die Parkplatzsituation um das Hotel herum ist abends sehr schwierig, obwohl wir bereits außerhalb der Feriensaison Anfang Dezember vor Ort waren. In einiger Entfernung gibt es aber zur Not eine öffentliche Tiefgarage. Letztlich hatten wir Glück und immer einen der wenigen freien Parkplätze ergattert.

Hotel je jako nový, zařízení bylo v úplně super stavu. Měla jsem prostorný pokoj s obrovskou postelí a výhledem na bazén. V hotelu je fitko, venkovní i krytý bazén a sauna. Poloha hotelu je za mě ideální - nikoliv úplně v centru, ale zároveň se k hlavním památkám nebo do mariny dostanete za pár minut. Hotel nemá vlastní parkoviště, ale nikdy nebyl problém zaparkovat v ulicích kolem - tedy alespoň mimo sezónu. Snídaně byly super, velký výběr.

Byla škoda, že u snídaně nemají nádobky, které by udržely pokrmy teplé. I teplý bufet byl totiž hned studený. Ale to je moje jediný výtka. :)

Exxept the lifts , everything (the food was exceptional , the staff very very friendly amd helpfull , hotel was very clean , athmospere and the beds from the room 100-126 are the moust confortable ever)

Lifts , lifts lifts , who made them was drunk other way i don't explain why they don't sort with the buttons . They broke imediatly and for so many people 2 lift are not enough . I was living at ap with exit at pool that is mean -1 because the reception is at floor 4 (they say this) BUT ON THE LIFT reception is at floor 0 and the pool at 1 (not 4 not -1) . Basicly no logic , no sens . MAKE SOMETHING WITH THE BUTTON ADVERTISE THE POPLE WHAT BUTTON ARE FOR POOL , GYM , RECEPTION ETC.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic pool and lounge areas

The breakfast wat delicious and there was enough choice for everybody. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great and flexible to help us in any situation. We arrived much earlier than expected, however the staff was quick to help us to our rooms even though it was before checkin time. The pool was great, with decent food and drinks.

The amount of beds at the pool were completely full before 12. I couldn't see any space for any other options, however this was still a negative as it ment we often didn't go to the pool since there was no place for us to relax.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Great selection of gluten free options. On our anniversary we had a bottle of Prosecco & fruit delivered to our room.

The pool bar was sometimes really busy

The following points are good and make a good impression: 1. Friendly and helpful staff 2. Modern and fresh design and well furnished rooms as well 3. Well equipped gym 4. SPA 5. Restaurant dinner kitchen

While I’m appreciated the good vacation the following weaknesses might be improved that disappointed us: 1. Soundproofing. We heard everything from my neighbours rooms and had to sleep using AirPods in order to don’t listen to loud speeches and their laugh. 2. Poor and overpriced breakfast. Sometimes I got even foods with bad condition that’s dangerous to get it consumed. At the meantime, I have to emphasise we’ve reported the issue as well. So a manager were sorry and provided a free complement to resolve the problem. However, the issue was reproduced. 3. Shower cabin water leak 4. Not enough sun beds. Sometimes customers ‘booked’ that using their towels and didn’t use that 5. No toilet brush 6. The bay view is overpriced. The bay is almost invisible behind buildings. 7. Drank German neighbours were smoking all time from their balcony, although it’s restricted. Sometimes our balcany was not available to use it as we smelled the smoking. We’ve even reported twice the issue, however the issue has not been resolved. 8. On a dinner we were restricted to use some tables as there were two of us and the tables are for 4+ persons which placed in front of the view windows. At the meantime, we had to seat out of air conditioner and music. After the dinner, we've noticed the tables are not taken. So that was a little weird. 9. Sometimes the kitchen staff were swearing each other out on breakfest Not recommended
