The hallway seems to be newly painted and therefore you can smell the paint every time you go out of your room/suite

Breakfast was Ok. Many varieties of food choices. It is connected to Robinson Galleria, you can shop instantly. Gym is quite big.

Room is kinda bit old. We saw small cockroach on the wall. Next room of us partying at the middle of the night. I called the reception and said that they will send security but the noise didnt stopped.

"Staff Service, the newly renovated rooms and the breakfast buffet is better now. And of course very convenient is that the hotel has direct access to the mall.

The smell of the Room Air which seems to be a scent of a Pest Control Chemical. My husband can tolerate it; I was a bit annoyed during sleep because I am really very sensitive to “abnoxious” smell; including from cleaning chemicals which trigger my natural defense mechanism characterized by abnormal (sticky) salivation, slight cough, and/or unpleasant breathing experience.

Location and friendly staff

Location is convenient. Food is good. Restaurant staff very helpful and accommodating especially Zack. Eddie and Angel. Security n concierge is good.

Housekeeping can be improved. Hotel smells a bit musty at the lobby. In the room n at the tunnel going to the mall

The location - it was near where we needed to be.

Our stay in Holiday Inn was the WORST among all of our bookings. The rooms smelled like damps and the carpet is still wet. Not enough bathroom amenities and the tub was yellowish already. The bed, oh my gosh, it eas very uncomfortable to lie on and the pillows are useless. They have a QR code where you can request stuff and other things but IT DOESN'T WORK. I booked for a massage and had to call the spa TWICE just to let us know that they did not receive our booking. The in-room dining food was blah, the ice smelled like molds and had to call three times each time we need to bus out. They were nice though to lend us utensils.

Friendly staffs

The air condition in our room was not functioning. We went to the coffee shop for 2hrs hoping the air condition will be cooler. The room was hot with no ventilation when we went back. We waited for an hour after 3 calls to the front desk to fix the problem. Next time please make sure everything works properly before the guests goes in.

The room was nice, big and had everything needed. I loved that a nice iron was provided

Smell of damp and old carpet

Location is great! It is beside the mall so all necessities such as water (they give daily small bottles for 2); restaurants; shopping are all in one place. Also, rooms are big typical of old traditonal hotels.

It's old (but clean) and you can see it's slowly deteriorating such as the carpet etc

Someone opened the door. New guest. I dont know how it happened but the new guest was given the keycard for our room.

I felt Good renewal and clean. But I also felt bad smell. Maybe I think it was solvent.

Location

Wash basin slow to drain, occasionally clogged. Bathroom door got stuck initially, until someone came to fix it. We almost got stuck in the elevator
