This was a return visit. Spacious, airy and comfortable, friendly staff and s good location in Sanur

A little tired and could benefit from updating. The villa on the complex we stayed in on our last visit had been modernised.

The villas are a true private haven. The location is excellent. So close to the beach front and so many wonderful restaurants nearby but far enough from the main street of Sanur that it was quiet. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Having security for the entrances was a peace of mind. I saw that some of the villas are being renovated as they have been unoccupied for a couple of years and the villas were built a number of years ago. The price for a family, is equivalent to less superior accommodation in Sanur but with all the added benefits of a private pool and own kitchen, dining and lounge facilities. Our private pool was bigger than shared pools for hundreds of rooms at a hotel. If privacy is important to you, these villas are an excellent choice!

Still working towards updating and cleaning after a couple of years of no tourism. Not a negative but bear in mind that it takes time and money to complete these and the income is only just beginning to come back.

Everything. Large villa, bedroom, bathroom and lounge areas. Great swimming pool. Great location. Great value.

Superb villa, exceptional facilities. Great decor, fantastic outdoor lounge, dining and kitchen area under roof. Good sized swimming pool. Perfect. Budget price because of Covid-19. Walking distance to restaurants, mini mart etc.

There isn't anything not to like.

We liked the privacy and location to beach and restaurants

Outdoor spaces are cramped and the pool steps were very slippery - Bordering on dangerous. Cutlery and crockery needs to be replaced. We did not cook so cannot report on kitchen equipment condition. The large king bed was clean but hard. A mattress topper would be a good addition. The portrait in the bedroom was disconcerting to say the least. Generally the furnishings are dated. Free laundry service was a plus although this may have been due to the machines not working. The housemaid - Wayan is a gem.

The pool

We have stayed here on 4 previous occasions.! Unfortunately the property has been completely run down and in no way matches the pics still up on numerous travel sights.! The current pics are the same ones that have been up for the past 8 years.! And the property no longer looks anything like the pics.!
