Rooms to small, to far walking to the rooms, Not enough space for family

We likes the location and the breakfast.

During sleeping there sometimes may occur airplane noises that may disturbe.

Location and friendly staff in the breakfast area.

Not informed that the day ticket for parking was a 24-hour type starting at the point of purchase .This to avoid being charged for the minutes it took us to purchase the 24-hour ticket at the machine. On arrival, a tiny piece of paper with just as tiny font with hotel information was handed to us. Difficult to read for some. Family room was way to tight with high risk for injuries manoeuvring around the double bed and children's bunk bed. The playroom was closed for repairs although it was high season for families travelling with young children. Understaffed restaurant. Suggestion: trays for the guests to carry their breakfast and tray trolleys for guests to stow away their trays once done. This will reduce the need for the staff to run so much.

The property was a perfect distance from the airport and just a shuttle ride away, door to door service. Lovely.

Good overnight stay before or after the flight. Good breakfast.

Everyone was nice. The hotel was terrific, particularly notable as it was an airport hotel and other airport hotels don't try so hard to please customers.

shuttle bus to/from airport. under 16s free. took around 6 mins. fabulous reception with fire and table football. Uber modern and clean. gorgeous room with fold down bunks the kids loved. comfiest beds. great shower and towels. we were tired and in need of wholesome snack late in evening. lovely menu and no problem to have just a starter. we had gorgeous pumpkin soup served in beautiful Norwegian pottery bowls. next morn the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. better than the best breakfast buffet… lovely staff. we booked this last minute to be close to airport for flight next day. what a find. must be the best hotel near to Oslo airport surely.

The hotel itself was a really nice place to stay. Was not expecting the quality, design and standard. Especially being an airport hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and welcoming and the bathroom was the same. The hotel bar was a great place to relax and have a drink before flying the next day. The open fire really added to the feel.

The staff. When we checked in, we joined the small queue, and waited our turn. When we were next in line, they ignored us and continued to check someone else in who had gone around the side of us. They done this again when me, my wife and little one wanted to pay for a drink from the little shop. We were stood at the desk, clearly wanting to pay but didn't get acknowledged. They were just in a group gossiping. The particular night we stayed, the fire alarm went off. As we were making our way out of the fire exit and into the carpark, there was confusion, and panic from other guests but no staff. The only people they were guiding and comforting guests were other guests. Once again, most of the staff members huddled behind the check in desk. Not keeping people updated, or anything. It was just a mass gaggle. The was no control and other guests were just freely walking back into the hotel etc.
