The destination and view was incredible

Bed was not made and there were at least 4 sheets folded together as a duvet. We were not notified that there was a buffet menu and was told at 6pm. The buffet food we don’t think was worth the $50 per person charge. Service was very slow when we were ordering drinks and breakfast.

The toilet seat isn't clean at all (and a lot of dust under the bed). The staff is not so helpful

Entree was lovely. Main course was very disappointing. Breakfast was adequate.

酒店离基督城机场约一个小时车程，景色很美，恰逢降温，外面狂风大雨，在酒店的咖啡厅烤着烧着柴火的西式壁炉，很温暖，晚上雨停时，近处的山头上落满的竟然是雪，很惊艳。餐厅的晚餐有牛排、三文鱼很好吃！酒店的工作人员非常热情周到，入住三天就有消息通知入住须知，询问是否要大床或双人床，是否预订晚餐？大床是可以分开为2个单人床的，入住酒店在高尔夫订场打球是有优惠的！谢谢酒店工作人员细致的服务，为我们升级了房间，给了更美好的体验！如果有机会一定会再次去入住！

Everything! By far the best place we've stayed in, customer service was faultless, very very professional staff! The dinner menu was unreal, The best food I've had the pleasure of eating to date!

I didn't like that I was there for only one night, wish it was a much longer stay!

Facilities amounted to one 18 hole golf course that was unplayable. Stairs to 2nd floor apt. was actually 3 stories because the parking was on the ground floor. Steps were dreadful in that they were steep because apt was on a steep hill. NO service was provided for the problem. Facilities manager suggested as an alternative to golf that I walk the w=Washpen trail. It was a 30 minute drive to a private walk (10 NZ $) up and up and down and down on a slippery treacherous trek to an ordinary waterfall. The owner knew the treachery and supplied ropes in particularly slippery spots. My shoulder still aches from the walk 2 weeks ago holding on for my dear life. Thank You Fable Terrace Downs. This resort is an an isolated location not near ANYTHING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
