The lady at reception was exceptional. She genuinely went out of her way to place us in a downstairs unit as my wife had a bad hip. She made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived until the time we left.. The unit was superb as was the pool and spa. Will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic location - walking distance to Pacific Fair and even closer to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and lots of local attractions. Great for Tesla drivers as the Superchargers are at Pacific Fair. Fairly quiet street opposite a school so you don't feel closed in at all. The pool and spa are great and beautifully maintained. Easy parking and secure access to the building. Easy check-in and the unit has everything you need. Very comfortable place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

location in central Broadbeach was perfect for our needs and a lot quieter than Surfers Paradise. facilities within the apartment were perfect for a family getaway secure on site parking that is free

Very good location- close to beach and shopping

Not so clean - dishes were dirty we had to wash all of them. Extra blanket was humid. Only 2 rolls of toilette paper for 7 nights for 3 people. Facilities needs a refreshment.No elevator.

Hate to say but holes in the fly screens and curtains I was bitten by mozzies. Didn't like the fact you have to pay extra for teabags washing up liquid etc when you run out of their supply which wasn't much

Clean, friendly staff and nice pool

Bed were very uncomfortable. 3 nights stay and only given 1 dishwashing sachet. Too many stairs for 3 children.

Nice and quiet and great design of the unit.

Hosts were very accommodating.

Coming from nz, I didn't pack a beach towel, would've thought the resort would have them. However I didn't ask, so maybe they did and they don't just automatically stock the room with them?
