The location and pool were great

We had to leave 3h after check in for a three night stay due to a family emergency. We weren’t even offered credit towards a return stay. We paid $600 for 3 hours.

The location was amazing. The rooms were good.

The cleanliness in the rooms was not up to standard. The blankets in the rooms had stains all over them, bathrooms weren’t clean. Barely any hot water.

The shower flooded when showering because of the blocked drainage.

Everything we expected is there. The location is fantastic. The pool is great, and the cleaning is excellent.

nothing to not like, everything was great.

The location was perfect for grandparents, parents and a 9 & 13 year old. We walked to Northcliffe , Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach from Mari Court with ease. It was far enough away from the crowds. The pool and spa was excellent. The boys played mini golf.

The sliding door to the balcony was hard to open. A drain in the ensuite was exposed - broken. Not a lot we didn’t like.

Located away from the hussle bussle of a busy centre. About 5min walk to nearest tram station with trams running every 10mins or so. 3 bed apartment was very spacious, 3 different balconies although they all backed onto main walkways. Nice leafy surroundings made it look a tropical paradise.

Our apartment was located next to an exit/entry door and at times was quite noisy. Guests passing were loud, could hear doors closing. One of the balconies backed onto the mini golf course which attracted further noise. Car port wasn't near our allocated entry door. Oven could do with being upgraded but served its purpose.
