The pool and spa area was perfect

A pleasant view of the river and buildings from the window. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of food to select from.

The car park was a bit iffy, if you can find a car park that isn't reserved, and you only have one car per room.

Love the location and rooms. Swimming pool is the best

Breakfast needs to be improved with more staff and variety like it used to have. We have been a number of times but some food was inedible and empty with tables full of dishes can not be pleasant for staff to manage all alone. We were planning on having breakfast every day but we ended up going out. This is an amazing space that so many things could be done with it.

Receptionist people could be more approachable and spot on to customer

Didn’t remember me after 30min that I was checking in.

The facilities were spotless and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Our unit was refurbished and beautifully presented.

The complex was a little out from the restaurants etc. Had to catch the tram (at the door which was great) or drive. Not quite within walking distance. The construction site across the road starting at 6:30 in the morning. But was ok.

Pool and spa was good when you can get the teenagers to stop jumping in the pool. The tram stop at back gate is excellent.

Rooms could be cleaner eg. lounge and pillows were dirty and bed room was dusty. Balcony should be coated with non-slip material as it is very slippery when wet.
