Location and price. But I booked this in June when Japan hasn't opened up
The long bath is kind of old school anf frankly dangerous. Prefer just a shower

The location is good, next to Ginza.
The rooms need renovation. The bathroom is small and uncomfortable. There are better and cheaper hotels in Ginza

Pillow is not fluffy. amenities is not complete. No concierge desk or bell boy desk.
