Location is the gem

Parfaitement situé à deux pas de la gare de Shibuya, le lieu est idéal pour vivre l’effervescence de la ville de Tokyo. Moins artificiel que Shinjuku, bien plus animé, le quartier est parfait pour commencer votre visite. Il y a plusieurs restaurants dans le même complexe que l’hôtel ainsi qu’un supermarché. La chambre est propre, silencieuse, petite comme toutes celles de la ville mais bien conçue et on s’en accommode facilement. Le personnel est très aimable, c’est le Japon, et toujours disponible pour vos questions.

Rien de négatif a relever.

Een heerlijk schoon en comfortabel hotel. Op uitstekende locatie. Kamers en rest van het hotel prachtig ingericht. Er is 24/7 drinkwater of fris te halen. In de grote luxe lobby ook een bar aanwezig met af en toe live muziek. Kamers zijn voor Japanse begrippen erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk bed en prachtig uitzicht!

2 wasmachines voor het gehele hotel vond ik erg weinig. Altijd bezet!

L’emplacement au cœur de Shibuya (il faut aimer l’animation urbaine!), la vue plongeante sur ce quartier bouillonnant d’activités, le confort et la déco de la chambre, les nombreux restaurants à proximité.

I loved that the hotel was located right near Shibuya station - the location was so central and easy to get to. The check in and check out process was seamless and fast, and the staff were very lovely and helpful.

The rooms were comfortable and size of room was good too. We particularly like the location as we could have meals just downstairs at Stream Mall. There were many restaurants including a cafe for our daily breakfast.

It does not have a concierge so it makes making reservations at good restaurants as most of these restaurants require the hotel concierge to make the reservations.

The location is excellent, adjacent to Shibuya Station with all the transportation options and atop several levels of concourses that included restaurants and shops. Our room was impeccably clean with a view across the city.

We had Japanese baths in the other Japanese hotels on our trip and liked them a lot after a day of sightseeing. It would have been nice to have had one at this hotel.

Great location for exploring Tokyo. Spacious, quiet rooms. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and public transport. We especially enjoyed the multitude of pastry shops tucked away in the lower levels of Shibuya Scramble Square, Shibuya Hikarie and also Shibuya Foodshow. Highly recommend!

Breakfast could go on a bit longer - last order is 9.30am.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel en plein centre de Shibuya et malgré tout très agréable car niché dans le complexe Shibuya Stream qui regorge de restaurants et de cafés. La taille et le confort de la chambre triple deluxe. La gentillesse du personnel. L’hôtel organise gratuitement le transfert en taxi jusqu’au Cerulean afin de prendre le Limousine Bus qui vous emmène directement à l’aéroport de Narita.

Location was very good

The rooms are extremely tight and the bathroom was awful (the shower area) .. the room service system is stupid

The staff are absolutely over the top incredible and offer so much convenience.

Room is smaller than I am used to in the US but they make do very well with a smaller space. The location couldn’t be better. Center of Shibuya. Everything I’ve scene in Alice in Borderlands opening episode was right there!

Booked the cosy room which was accurate but was a comfortable size. The bathroom/shower was great and the bed was comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful especially when it came to booking a bus to the airport at the end of the stay.

easy to get to GIZA and JR lines, bridges which linked directly to Shibuya Scramble square, and Shibuya sky too, staffs are super helpful especially booking taxi for us to airport

The Staff speak very well in English. The hotel is in the best position. Everyone are very polite and very helpful. We will definitely come back. The hotel is very clean. The amenities is superb.

Great buffet.

We we not able to get a family room and had to book two rooms, which were not close to each other. We did book late though so recommend others book well in advance.

Superior Twin room very comfortable, spacious by Japanese standards.

The coffee served at breakfast was not great, but there's a Dean and Deluca downstairs for take-away.

The herbal relax sheet and the face masks at reception were a nice add in. The breakfast variation was good.

The minestrone at breakfast was always missing a bit of salt. 😁 Reception has earplugs in case you need it, since the hotel is in front of a police station, could eat some noises at night, but nothing major.

Stunning hotel in a superb location close to Shibuya crossing. Lots of public transport options downstairs. Wonderful buffet breakfast and chic, well fitted out rooms. We had a great view and really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was stunning! In a fabulous location right near the major shopping mall of Shibuya scramble square with a huge amount of amazing restaurants in the complex. The hotel bar in the lobby area was fabulous- Gin and tonic specialty was next level! 🤩🌟

El hotel esta en la mejor ubicacion de tokyo en pleno shibuya. ideal para recorrer caminando shibuya y harajuku, y a metros de la estacion de shibuya que es una de las que mas conexiones tiene con el resto. Es un zona que tiene de todo y como base para recorrer es ideal. Es un hotel moderno, con muchas opciones de restaurantes en el mismo edificio y lo suficientemente separado de la multitud diaria de shibuya.

El tamaño de la cama era mas chico de lo que mostraba la foto. hay que mirar bien el detalle de la reserva para ver cual es el tamaño real. Si bien el personal en el lobby estaba a total disposicion, eran bastantes rigidos para resolver problemas. por ejemplo nos dijieron que ellos no pueden hacer reserva en restaurantes, o no sabian averiguar cual restaurante estaba abierto o cerrado, lo terminamos resolviendo nosotros con google.

we stayed as a family in Shibuya Stream Excel!! organized floors and comfortable rooms! staff were extremely polite and courteous 👍 One of us were unable to join for the breakfast - but the staff packed the lunch box for us to carry back to the room! and, Relay Robot serving us dinner was fantabulous and cute! 😀 also, staff booked the taxi for us many times and accompanied us until we were settled in the vehicle! great job, team!!!

self-serve laundry service could be improved - well, most of the issues are from guests who forget to collect their laundry 😀
