Fantástico y ubicación perfecta para conocer la ciudad

La ubicación perfecta a 5 minutos caminando del cruce más famoso del mundo, de la estación de metro de la estación de JR, de la estación de autobuses. El personal del hotel encantador y eficaz . Los servicios (desayuno,limpieza etc) inmejorables

Within three weeks we stayed twice at the hotel. The first time 5 nights the second two nights. The hotel and everything about it were excellent on our first visit. Also the second one was very good but there were twofaults about it. 1. The light in the bathroom wasn't sufficient. The hotel service was very kind and tried to fix it, but with no success. . The Eventually they soplied us with an extra lamp which almost solved the problem. The service man was extremely nice and really tried his best. small problem was that when we returned to our room in the evening our room was not fixed. We complained and it was 2. The seconddone immediately Eventually they soplied us with an extra lamp which almost solved the problem

Great location and attentive staff . Rooms were very clean. Excellent fitness center and lap pool, which we could use with the concierge level room.

Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean, comfortable, and very friendly/helpful staff. Very good food/drinks at the hotel.

No kids allowed in pool, as it was part of the fitness center.

Incredible views and a very comfortable hotel.

The rooms were very quiet and the view form the window was outstanding. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom products were lovely. The breakfast on the lobby floor was really tasty and better than the executive floor one. We had a breakfast of fresh orange juice, waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon every morning. We had dinner one night in the Japanese restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent.

I did not see any hotel activities. Would be nice to have an opportunity for a tea ceremony, flower arrangement, cooking class or meditation class etc that I have seen that other hotels offer. Otherwise I cannot think of anything that I didn't like.

Would stay again in Shibuya

Had everything we needed for our 5 night stay with a small infant. The staff were responsive and flexible (ex: with cleaning) since we had the baby. The provided crib was perfect. They even gave us baby toiletries.

The fridge wasn’t as cold as I would prefer since we were storing baby milk. But the staff was more than happy to send us buckets of ice for our thermos.

Short Distance Walk to Train Station and Shibuya Crossing

Good Location, Few Minutes walk to Shibuya Crossing, Staff was Friendly and Helpful, the Room Size was Great for Any Solo Traveller or Couple, Highly Recommeded to anyone who wish to Stay around Shibuya.

Beautiful - great location & amenities

We stayed in a superior king room for the extra space and it was so worth it as a family. That bath tub + shower combo was amazing. They upgraded us to the executive lounge floor, which was amazing. Our baby couldn't go into the lounge (understandably), but we could still go in one at a time and grab snacks or drinks to bring to our room. The views from our room and the lounge were incredible. They also have a 7-11 on the 2nd floor, and are a stop on the limo bus line. That was perfect for us after a 14 hr flight. It's so close to shibuya station, but it's very quiet. We never heard another guest in the rooms near us.

Love everything about this hotel and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Tokyo

Staff were amazing and always happy to help. Room was exceptional with great view. Bar on top floor was relaxing and a great place to have a few drinks

splitting hairs here - but would be good to have a few extra english channels on the tv

I had a big room so it was pretty comfy and igarashi from the floor staff was extremely helpful. Kudos to her for helping with luggage and getting a taxi for us.

Always an excellent choice in Tokyo, although the price has increased despite more competition in the area.

We always stay here in Tokyo because the rooms are really big, spacious and comfortable.

The only slight lapse was the hotel upgraded us to the executive floor, but didn’t give us access to the executive lounge - causing some embarrassment when we tried to go. It would have been good to get some guidance beforehand.

If you want to stay at Shibuya this is your Hotel simple

Location is superb in the heart of shibuya and near the shibuya train station.

Because of the location the price it's too high compared to others 5 star hotels but still worth the stay.

Awesome service, beautiful room and views, but way too expensive for what it's worth.

The staff were exceptional and the view from our room was absolutely breath taking. The room was spacious and felt very westernized. They greeted us promptly, took our bags, explained everything, and were incredibly courteous. When we checked in, we were going to spend a night in another city, but come back and they allowed us to store our bags and even bring it up to our room when we checked in the next day. When we checked out, they even, unprompted, asked if we'd like to hang onto our bags while we explored Shibuya on our final day there.

Unfortunately, the rooms and set up were westernized in kind of the worst ways. The mini fridge was stocked up with cold drinks and the shelf above it had small coffees and teas, but all had a cost (except for the water, which was nice). Did you want to use the fitness center? Gotta pay for that. How about laundry? They don't have a self-service laundry room on site, but they do have an outrageously expensive laundry service where they'll wash and dry your clothes. For the price per night, you'd think some of these would be included, but think again.

A luxuriously comfortable place to stay right in the middle of the action.

Room was huge by Tokyo standards and had possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. We had an amazing view and the room was incredibly quiet too. All of the amenities were convenient (I've never stayed at a hotel that has a curling iron in the bathroom!), and the location couldn't be beat. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

While we loved the bidet, the bathroom felt a little outdated, with little counter space and very low lighting; it felt designed for a man. Thankfully there was a small mirror which I used to do my makeup at the desk by the window.

The use of the fitness center wasn't entirely free. Being there, I learned that my reservation allowed a limited use of the gym (from 6 to 8 am). If I wanted use it in a different schedule, additional fee was applied to.

Great hotel and clear cut above many of the other cheaper stays.

The room was extremely well appointed and comparatively large to other stays in the area. Views from the room were amazing. The automatic blinds were a nice touch. All the plugs were international forgoing the need for adaptors. The included breakfast at any of the locations including the executive lounge breakfast buffet was nice. Service was as expected. Good location.

My only issue was the price. I paid about $700/night. While the hotel had some prestige for the money I didn't really feel those intangibles that really make a hotel stay extra special. Those thing are usually found in exceptional service, unexpected delights and attention to detail. Not to say there wasn't some of each but not enough to make the price feel completely justified. Service was on par maybe slightly better with the other smaller cheaper hotels stayed at in Shibuya.

Good location with several options for food in close walking proximity to two train stations.

The staff was friendly and welcoming; they were waiting for us as we came into the lobby each time. We really like the view of the city from the lounge. The location was good. There is a 7-11 on property (outside).

The breakfast in the morning never changed; it was a mediocre meal. We tried to have dinner in the restaurant (in the lobby) one evening and the meal was awful. It was overpriced, and the service was terrible. The walk from the train to the hotel can be rough with all of the road construction. If you have several bags, catch a cab from the train station instead of trying to walk. The walk is uphill from the train station.
