Breakfast was very good. Buffet style with lots of options both Japanese and western.

空調以外は、全般的に良かったです。

部屋の空調の温度調整ができないため、 暑過ぎて、寝苦しい状態なのが、 残念でした。

great hotel. comfortable, clean, secure and friendly staff. short 10 minute walk to shinjuku station via the underground walkways or above ground BUT make sure that you take note of the direction underground as you will get lost! Head towards keio line and the mall annex. Take photos or a short video to remember the direction.

only gripe is the pillows - they were not comfortable.

The room is large. Very close to Shinjuku station. The restaurant on the top floor is cool with nice view.

The bed was stiff as a board, very uncomfortable... A/C can be adjusted to desired temperature, only on and off mode. No Lobby facilities, not even a place to sit. For breakfast, all I wanted was a cup of coffee but they would not allow me to pay just for the coffee, had to pay for an entire breakfast, I passed on both. How hard is it to give a man a cup of coffee..?? Asked the reception to reserve a bus to Haneda airport when I checked out, they told me to do it myself and handed me a QR code to do it. No biggy, but you could make an effort for your guests...

It’s located within close proximity to Shinjuku station which is good. There’s an underpass which brings you straight to Shinjuku station, avoiding the rain / cold weather.

The room is very small (difficult for luggage to be fully opened) and you can hear other occupants talking in other rooms through the walls.

暖房設備がローカル過ぎ、停止していても暑くて眠れなかった！ 外人のフロントの無愛想な態度は改善したほうが良い！

The room was very hot, 27 degrees Celsius and couldn’t be cooled down. The room airconditioner did nothing to cool the room nor did the portable airconditioner which you’ve had to put in ice. Couldn’t sleep very well most nights in room 1728

อาหารเช้าไม่ได้รับประทาน ตอนนี้แจกเป็น Box Set ทำเล 7/10 เดินไปชินจูกุประมาณ 1 กม. ถือว่าโอเค โรงแรมอยู่โซนเงียบสงบไม่ค่อยพลุกพล่าน มี Family Mart ปิดเที่ยงคืน และ Lawson เปิด 24 ชม. อยู่ชั้นล่าง ไม่ต้องทำความสะอาดห้องก็ได้ มีถุงให้แขวนผ้าเช็ดตัวใช้แล้ว แม่บ้านจะเอามาแขวนที่หน้าประตูทุกวัน เหมาะสำหรับคนของเยอะๆ วางเต็มห้องไม่อยากให้แม่บ้านเข้าห้อง และ ทุกชั้นมีเครื่องทำน้ำแข็งแบบรวม สามารถกดได้ พนักงานน่ารัก Amenities สามารถหยิบได้ที่ Lobby ครีมอาบน้ำ แชมพู มีเป็นขวดไม่ต้องเตรียมไป

สถานีรถไฟอื่นรอบๆโรงแรมที่ไม่ใช่ชินจูกุ ตอนกลางคืนจะค่อนข้างเปลี่ยว ห้องเล็กไปหน่อยแต่พอเข้าใจได้ ถ้ามา 2 คน จองห้อง 3 เตียงจะพอดี ห้องนอน 2 คนกางกระเป๋าไม่ได้ ต้องรื้อเอามาเรียงตั้งแต่วันแรก ไดร์เป่าผมตัวเล็กค่อนข้างเบา ห้องน้ำมีอ่างแต่เล็กและสูง เวลาอาบน้ำต้องยกขาสูงๆ ไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุ ต้องระมัดระวัง

Rooms extremely small, cannot even walk in the room

객실이 좁고 화장실에서 변기뚜겅을 열어놓았을 경우에는 공중화장실 냄새가 나서 불쾌했어요. 청소는 3일에 1번 실시되서 쓰레기통을 비워주지 않고 타월교환도 요청했을 때만 가능해서 호텔에 돌와왔을 때 불쾌했어요. ㅠㅠ 신주큐역의 교통편은 좋지만 호텔에서 15분 정도 걸려서 허위광고인듯함.

The room was very warm. The front desk said the temperature is the same in all rooms and cannot be adjusted. It was difficult to sleep because it was so hot. The room was very small. The bathroom smelled.

Room rates reasonable for weeekday but suddenly shot high for weekend.

Room a little squeeze, bathroom a little challenge for seniors with mobility issue. Could have more food outlets.
