The hotel was delightful and exceeded expectations . I will definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, comfortable and within easy walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff were so pleasant and helpful.

We wanted to stay longer.

The room, bed, and kitchen were all clean and comfortable. Excellent! We liked the local restaurants and were happy with local things to visit.

Breakfast needed improvement. The eggs, bacon, and sausages were undercooked. Our taxi driver had a difficult time finding the hotel.

Really great value for money

Apartments very big for Japan. Location close to a few stations (if not the main one) and very peaceful at night. A few combini options close by as well as some quite restaurants. The bed was extremely comfy Has a laundry room available to guests.

Great WiFi, bad smell

The staff was very nice and it was clean. The WiFi was amazing—each room has their own personal wifi. The lounge area is nice as well. The space was bigger than a lot of other rooms in Tokyo, which is nice.

There was a musty smell on our floor and in our room. It wasn’t possible to open the window or let any fresh air in. The location is okay—about 6 mins walk from a subway station. I probably wouldn’t stay here again (mostly because of the smell and there are closer places to the subway).

Very nice and comparatively spacious room. A little off Shinjuku entertainment district and thus a little more relaxed and quit. Though still within walking distance of Park and stations.

Great Service and Spacious Room in a Peaceful Area of Shinjuku

Room was fully equipped with kitchenette and cooking equipment. Great for families who would like to do some light cooking for your babys meals. Room was also spacious enough to fit a baby cot and open up our suitcases.

In the immediately vicinity, there are mostly only restaurants. All of the places of interest are accessible via the nearest metro which is a 10-15min walk away °

Location, reception, WiFi speeds, comfort and ease of check in and check out Also worth noting is the hotel giving free toiletries and water/coffee in the lobby Location specifically was great as it was in Shinjuku but far from the noisy part of the city

Some amenities were in need of maintenance TV mount on the wall could have been mobile but was bolted to the wall Disturbing visitors in the lobby although this was not the hotel's fault

Overall it was such an excellent experience I would come again

Bed was super comfortable View was appropriate Noise was minimal (non-existent) Japanese toilet was amazing Water pressure was perfect Meals were comprehensive (many options) The coffee even though from a machine was tasty

It was a bit far from the Shinjuku train station and main hub but it was closer to another line Nothing else to dislike

I highly recommend the place.

Location was perfect, near to Metro, food, shopping. Room clean, bed was so comfortable. The room come with microwave and electric kettle. Toilet clean and comfortable and water pressure for shower was perfect.

I will definitely stay again. No complaint.
