Access to the mall, friendly staff, spacious

Location to the amenities .
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
We were assigned on the 20th floor and on our second night the room next to us was very noisy between 12 to 3:30am. I contacted the front desk and they were concerned and did something about it. But the noise still continued for
2 to 3 hours.
The Duty Manager could only offer us free breakfast, massage and late check out. When I requested for an extra night, her response was that my request cannot be accommodated due to the booking made here in booking.com.

Now nothing they have stolen my money!!!
They take a deposit on arrival (card only and not mentioned on booking.com) then on check out when I handed my card for the refund. They said the charge will be reversed and you'll have the money back in a couple of days.
When I did not receive my money back after a week I ask why. I got a message days later saying it can take up to 14 business days (it's 2024 all banking is instantiations).
Then when I complained after 14 business days they time me to contact my back as it's not their responsibility...
It's been over 3 weeks now and they have not given me my money back and now have stopped responding to my messages.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. From the security and check-in staff, and the rest of the staff, everyone was very polite and always attentive to how they could assist hotel guests.

The location is good.
Breakfast was below expectations. Some of the food in the hot station was cold - rice, sausages, pancakes, etc. Staff seems to be overwhelmed every morning, it was chaotic.

Breakfast was chaotic. Some of the food in the hot stations was cold like rice, sausages, pancakes. The staff took our towels even though they were hanged. When we requested for replacement it took 4 phone calls in a span of 45 minutes. Even then, my husband has to go down to personally fetch it from guest services.

Location is great,
well equipped gym and service is excellent! I would like to make a special mentioned of Jeffrey from the Mesculan restaurant. He has been super attentive and provided great service.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the location is convenient since it is within the Ayala Center. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of food.
We accidentally entered the wrong entrance door (with a defective magnetic door lock) to the Ground Floor elevator lobby, and the security guard needed to be more friendly by reprimanding us. We waited an additional hour to check in because the room was not ready, and there was a long queue of guests. The hallways smell musty. We tried the self-check-out counter to save time, but it wasn't working.

Warm hospitality when I checked in. Room request was provided.
Water dispenser in the room was a good move and helps with the environment.
Nice breakfast options with changes each day.
Room was diligently cleaned and beddings sorted each day.
Porters at the car park/lobby/security were courteous and helpful. Nothing was too hard.
The gesture of putting their hands over their heart when they see you makes you feel welcomed.
Next room seems to be cooking as there was a fishy smell every morning when I open my room door. Would be good to have a separate shower from the bath tub. Bath tub tends to be slippery when used. Coffee could be better at Mesclun.

All actually. Nice room, nice view, friendly staff specially the reception staff. She offerred me an upgrade and because it took a while for us to go in our room she extended our check out time to 1pm.
The breakfast was also fantastic. The room Temperature was nice. The spacious room with a kitchen is so super appreciated.. Will definitely recommend Ascott to friends and Family..

The towel rack, it almost hurt me because it fell. Not so much Movie to watch though.

The property is situated next to shopping malls! And buffet breakfast is included!
During check out I requested for luggage assistance. The staff said she will send someone to assist me unfortunately after a long time of waiting nothing came.

The people in the front desk is not welcoming, didn’t even smile. And I booked two twin bed and they gave me one queen bed. The towels are not that clean!
